We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this persistent cough that has been troubling you. The Bible reminds us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We stand on this promise, believing that God hears our prayers and is able to bring complete healing to your body.
Father in Heaven, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this persistent cough. Touch every part of the lungs, throat, and airways with Your restoring power. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Lord, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, You were wounded for our healing, and we claim that healing now.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom in caring for your body, as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Rest, hydrate, and trust in the Lord’s provision for your health. If this cough persists, consider seeking medical advice, for God often works through the hands of those He has gifted with knowledge.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We declare that this cough will not linger, but that Your healing power will flow through every part of this body. Strengthen your faith, dear one, and stand firm on God’s promises. We're here with you, lifting your cough up to the Lord. We know He's a God of miracles, and we believe He's already at work in your body. Let's claim Psalm 103:3, "who heals all your diseases." We're praying for that complete healing, right now, in Jesus' name.
