Praying for someone in hospital
We join you in interceding for your friend who is currently in the hospital. It is comforting to know that you are seeking Divine help for them, and we stand with you in prayer, believing in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ to heal and restore.
Firstly, we want to address that prayers should be directed to our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as He is our mediator. As the Bible tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our friend who is in the hospital. We pray that You will guide the hands of the medical team, giving them wisdom and skill to provide the best care. Lord, we believe that You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You bring healing and restoration to our friend's body. Comfort them during this time of trial, and help them to feel Your presence and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
