Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. He is close to you in this moment, and He will act on your behalf.

For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"* While your frustration and fear are understandable, we encourage you to release this situation entirely into God’s hands. He is the just Judge, and He will deal with this man according to His perfect will. Your role is to trust Him, continue in prayer, and walk in obedience, even when it feels impossible.
It is also important to address the anger and bitterness that may be taking root in your heart. **Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB)** tells us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* While this does not mean you must tolerate abuse or injustice, it does mean that you must guard your heart against the poison of unresolved anger. Forgiveness is not excusing the behavior; it is releasing the hold it has on you so that God can work freely in your life. We urge you to ask the Lord to help you forgive, even as you seek justice and protection.
As for the legal threat you are facing, we declare **Isaiah 54:17 (WEB)** over you: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord."* The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but God’s plan for you is one of hope and a future (**Jeremiah 29:11**). We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to uproot you from your home or to bring harm to you. May the Lord confuse the plans of those who seek your harm and turn their intentions against them. May He expose every lie and bring truth to light.

Seek wise counsel, whether from a trusted believer, a pastor, or even legal aid if necessary. God often works through the practical steps we take in faith. Do not let fear paralyze you; instead, let it drive you to depend even more on the Lord.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is under such tremendous attack. Lord, You see the distress in her heart, the fear that threatens to overwhelm her, and the weariness she feels from this relentless battle. We ask You to be her shield and her exceeding great reward. Surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we plead for Your divine intervention in this situation. You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who shuts the mouths of lions, and who turns the hearts of kings like rivers of water. We ask that You would turn the heart of this man who is causing such trouble. Soften his heart, Lord, and convict him of his sin. If it is Your will, remove him from her home and her life entirely. Break every plan of the enemy to bring harm, eviction, or distress upon her. Let no weapon formed against her prosper.
Father, we also pray for the management company involved in this matter. Give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this situation. If they are acting justly, let their actions bring about a swift and fair resolution. If there is any corruption or unfairness, expose it, Lord, and let truth prevail. We ask that You would turn this situation around for her good and Your glory.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair that seeks to grip her heart. Fill her instead with Your Holy Spirit, with faith, and with an unshakable trust in Your sovereignty. Remind her that You are her Provider, her Protector, and her Peace. Even if the worst should happen, Lord, let her know that You will never leave her nor forsake her.
We also pray for her emotional and spiritual strength. Heal the wounds that this situation has caused. Replace her frustration with Your peace, her bitterness with Your love, and her fear with Your courage. Help her to forgive, not for the sake of the one who has wronged her, but for her own freedom and healing.
