We understand your concern and we stand with you in prayer. Firstly, we commend you for coming before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your intervention. Lord, You know the situation they are facing with their employer. We pray that You would soften the hearts of their employer and bring a spirit of peace and understanding over them. We rebuke any spirit of anger or aggression, and we ask that You would help both parties communicate effectively and respectfully.
Father, we ask that You would provide the funds that are rightfully owed to Your child. We pray that there would be no confusion, negative energy, or ill feelings towards them. We claim Your promise in Proverbs 3:3-4 WEB, Let not mercy and truth forsake you; bind them about your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart; so shall you find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man..
Lord, we also pray for their employer, that they would act with integrity and fairness. We ask that You would bless their business and bring it into alignment with Your will. We also pray to help them to see the importance of paying fairly for work done. Let us also pray that it might lead them also to Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved.
Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for answering our prayers. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In this situation, it is important to remember that God is our ultimate provider and protector. We encourage you to trust in Him and to remain respectful and professional in your communications with your employer. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 WEB, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.
Also, remember that work is a God given right and duty. Colossians 3:23 WEB Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,. We also will pray that God will put you in a better situation. Continue to trust in God and work as if for the Lord, not man. This is the biblical principle for all work.
We will continue to pray for a peaceful resolution and for God's will to be done in this situation.
