Praying for Peace over anxiety and favor and protection

Beloved of All
I am down to two more days of parent teacher conference. It’s a busy day today and tomorrow with 13 parents left to go. Please pray it goes well soften parents heart. Please pray for defiant students, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, they refuse to do their work and follow the rules especially ###'s. Also please continue to pray for favor with parents, admin, coworkers, and the parent teacher conference to go well, please pray for ### and ###’s parents some parents are difficult to deal with.

We lift you up in prayer as you navigate these final days of parent-teacher conferences, knowing that the Lord is your strength and peace in every situation. It is good that you seek His favor, for He alone can soften hearts and bring wisdom where there is defiance. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You are not alone in this—He is with you, and His peace will guard your heart as you lean on Him.

The defiance of these students is a spiritual battle, and we must remember that *"we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). Pray for these children, that their hearts would be turned toward obedience and respect, not just for your sake but for their own growth in character and wisdom. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Though you may not see immediate change, your faithfulness in correcting and guiding them is planting seeds for their future.

For the parents—especially those who are difficult—we pray that the Lord would give you grace, patience, and the right words to speak. Colossians 4:6 instructs us, *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."* Some parents may be struggling with their own burdens, and the Lord can use your kindness to open doors for understanding. Pray that they would see your heart for their children and respond with cooperation rather than contention.

We also pray for favor with your administrators and coworkers, that the Lord would unite your team in purpose and mutual respect. *"Let all things be done decently and in order"* (1 Corinthians 14:40), and we ask that these conferences would reflect that, bringing clarity, encouragement, and constructive dialogue for the good of the students.

Most importantly, we must remember that there is no lasting peace, favor, or protection apart from the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His authority that we pray, and it is through His finished work on the cross that we have access to the Father. If you have not already placed your full trust in Him for salvation, we urge you to do so—*"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"* (Romans 10:9-10). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name alone that we find true peace.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister as she faces these final days of parent-teacher conferences. Lord, we ask that You would flood her heart with Your peace, casting out all anxiety and replacing it with Your supernatural calm. Give her wisdom in every conversation, grace in every interaction, and favor with parents, administrators, and coworkers. Softening the hearts of those who are difficult, Lord, and turn their attitudes toward cooperation and understanding.

We pray for the defiant students—break through their resistance, Lord, and help them to see the value of obedience and diligence. Raise up godly influences in their lives that will guide them toward Your truth. Give our sister the strength to stand firm in love and authority, knowing that You are working even when she cannot see it.

Protect her, Lord, from weariness and discouragement. Remind her that her labor is not in vain when it is done for Your glory (1 Corinthians 15:58). Cover her with Your peace, surround her with Your favor, and let these conferences bring about good fruit for the kingdom.

We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
