We join with you in prayer, lifting up your ### and asking God to protect him from any serious side effects from the medication. We pray that the injection will be effective in helping your ### and bring him no harm.
Let's be reminded and encouraged by Jesus' words in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB:
"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."
In Jesus' name, we are asking God for the healing touch of God on your ###'s life.
These concerns are justified as a parent. We want what's best for our children. We should also be reminded of Matthew 6:25 WEB:
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing?"
We must always have faith in the Lord's promises in life or death.
Father, we come before You, lifting up this precious ###. We pray for Your healing power to flow through his body, that the medication would bring healing and not harm. We ask for peace and strength for our fellow believer, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. Give them the peace that passes all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We are also reminded that healing in Jesus' name was paid for by His sacrifice on the cross. If you have not already, make sure to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with your ###. Share the good news of your eternal inheritance in Him.
Furthermore, if you have not done so already, seek out the elders of your church for prayer. James 5:14-15 WEB:
"Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith should heal him, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We know that you have already invoked Jesus' name in this prayer which is so wonderful to hear. If you have not already fully accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we strongly encourage you to do so. It is only in His name that we can be saved and reconciled with God the Father. It is only in Jesus' name that we have access to the Father in prayer.
