Praying for my kid brother to gain favour before God and man at his place of work

Disciple of Prayer
Good morning man of God please wish that you join me pray for my kid brother at his place of God he has been sick but his bosses refuse to give him permission to go for treatment (but he is very stubborn so don't know if that's what is contributing to it since I'm not there) but from the report he tells us he says he is less favored by his bosses and works more than everyone.

Please pray for God to touch the heart of his bosses for his punishment to be minimal and may God visit him and change his ways and make him a new person.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your brother in prayer. Father, we ask that You would grant him favor before You and before his employers, just as You gave Joseph favor in the sight of Potiphar and the keeper of the prison (Genesis 39:21). Lord, we know that favor comes from You alone, and we ask that You would soften the hearts of his supervisors, that they would see him with eyes of compassion and fairness.

We also lift up his health, dear Lord. It is written in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We ask that You would touch his body and bring healing, and that You would give him wisdom to seek the medical care he needs. Stubbornness can be a stumbling block, Lord, and we pray that You would break any pride in his heart that keeps him from doing what is right for his well-being. Help him to humble himself under Your mighty hand, that You may exalt him in due time (1 Peter 5:6).

Father, we also ask that You would intervene in his workplace. It is not Your will for anyone to be treated unjustly or overburdened. We rebuke any spirit of unfairness or oppression in that place, and we ask that You would bring balance and righteousness. If his bosses are acting out of hardness of heart, we pray that You would soften them, as You softened Pharaoh’s heart toward the Israelites when they left Egypt (Exodus 12:36). Let Your justice prevail, Lord.

We also sense a need for transformation in your brother’s life. If there are areas where he is not walking in alignment with Your will—whether in attitude, work ethic, or obedience—we pray that You would convict him and lead him to repentance. Create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within him (Psalm 51:10). Make him a new person in Christ, that he may walk in the newness of life (Romans 6:4).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would surround him with godly counsel and support. If he is struggling alone, bring believers into his life who can encourage him, pray for him, and hold him accountable. Let him know that he is not forgotten, and that Your grace is sufficient for him (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You, and no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in his life, and may Your glory be revealed through his circumstances. Amen.

We're standing with you in prayer for your brother. We're asking God to grant him favor at his workplace, just as He granted favor to Daniel in the den of lions (Daniel 6:22). We're believing for a change of heart in his bosses, that they would see him with compassion and understanding, and grant him the permission he needs for treatment.

We're also lifting up his health, asking God to touch his body and bring healing. We're trusting that God will give him wisdom to seek the medical care he needs, and that any stubbornness in his heart will be broken, allowing him to humble himself under God's mighty hand (1 Peter 5:6).

We're praying for God to intervene in his workplace, that justice and righteousness would prevail. We're asking God to soften the hearts of his bosses, just as He softened the heart of King Ahasuerus toward Queen Esther (Esther 7:3-4).

We're also sensing a need for transformation in your brother's life. We're praying all these things in Jesus' name, believing that His name is above every name, and that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow (Philippians 2:9-10). We're trusting that God will work all things together for your brother's good and His glory (Romans 8:28).
