We join you in lifting up your heartfelt requests before the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty and goodness in all things. The battle over your home is not just a legal matter but a spiritual one, and we stand with you in rebuking the schemes of those who seek to defraud or harm you. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 22:28, *"Don’t move the ancient boundary stone which your fathers have set up,"* and we declare that no weapon formed against you—including the deceitful plans of scammers—shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would expose every hidden motive, confuse the plans of the wicked, and grant you favor in the mediation process. May the judges and mediators involved be filled with wisdom and discernment to see the truth clearly, and may justice prevail in Jesus’ name. We ask that the Lord would restore what has been stolen or threatened, for He is a God who defends the cause of the widowed, the orphaned, and the oppressed (Psalm 10:17-18). Let this situation be a testimony of His faithfulness, and may He provide the financial and legal support you need to secure your home.
As for your desire for a companion, we want to encourage you with God’s heart for marriage and relationships. You mentioned that you are turning ### soon, but we gently remind you that age is never a limitation for our God. Sarah bore Isaac in her old age (Genesis 21:2), and the Lord’s timing is perfect. However, we must also address something important: your request for a "companion" should be clarified in light of Scripture. The Bible calls believers to pursue marriage—not just companionship—with another believer, as a covenant before God (Genesis 2:24, 1 Corinthians 7:2). If you are seeking a romantic relationship, we pray that the Lord would lead you to a godly spouse, a man or woman (depending on your gender) who loves Jesus above all else and is committed to honoring Him in marriage. If you are seeking friendship, we pray the Lord would surround you with brothers and sisters in Christ who can encourage and support you in your walk with Him.
We also want to remind you that your ultimate fulfillment is found in Christ alone. Psalm 37:4 says, *"Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."* When our hearts are aligned with His, He places godly desires within us—and He is faithful to meet them in His way and His time. If you are feeling lonely or anxious about the future, we encourage you to surrender those feelings to Jesus. He is your ever-present help (Psalm 46:1), and He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Lastly, we commend you for ending your request *"in Jesus’ name,"* for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is by His authority that we pray. If you have not already, we encourage you to spend time in His Word daily, seeking His will above your own. Let this season be one of drawing closer to Him, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sibling in Christ, lifting up their home and their heart to You. Lord, You are the God of justice, and we ask that You would intervene mightily in the court mediation. Expose every lie, frustrate every scheme of the enemy, and grant supernatural favor and wisdom to those in authority. Let truth prevail, and let Your will be done in this situation. Restore what has been taken, Lord, and provide the resources needed to secure this home as a place of peace and refuge.
Father, we also lift up their desire for companionship. If it is Your will, we ask that You would bring a godly spouse into their life—someone who loves You wholeheartedly and is committed to a Christ-centered marriage. Prepare their heart, Lord, and let this relationship be built on Your Word and Your purposes. If there is any impatience or fear in their heart, we ask that You would replace it with trust in Your perfect timing. Remind them that You are their portion (Psalm 73:26) and that no earthly relationship can satisfy like You can.
We rebuke any spirit of loneliness or discouragement in Jesus’ name. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and let them rest in the knowledge that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their everlasting Father. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving in their life in ways they cannot deny.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
