God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
Amen and so it shall be!We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith and hope, lifting up this request for marital settlement and employment. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that all blessings and provisions come from God alone, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is by His grace and mercy that we can approach God’s throne with confidence, knowing that He hears our prayers and will answer according to His perfect will.
Father God, we lift up this marriage before You, asking that You would restore, strengthen, and settle it according to Your divine plan. Marriage is a sacred covenant, instituted by You, and we pray that it would reflect the love, commitment, and faithfulness that Christ has for His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Lord, if there has been any unfaithfulness, bitterness, or division, we ask that You would heal those wounds and bring reconciliation. Help this couple to honor their vows before You, to love one another as You have loved them, and to build their marriage on the foundation of Your Word. We rebuke any spirit of strife, unforgiveness, or selfishness that may be hindering their relationship, and we declare that Your peace and unity would reign in their home.
We also pray for profitable employment, Lord. The loss of a job can bring fear, uncertainty, and financial strain, but we know that You are the God who provides for all our needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, leading to a job that not only meets their financial needs but also aligns with Your purpose for their lives. Give them wisdom, favor, and perseverance as they seek employment, and let them trust in You rather than their own efforts. Remind them that You are their Provider and that Your plans for them are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Lord, we also pray for godly wisdom in their pursuit of a loving and Christ-centered marriage. If this request is coming from someone who is single and seeking a spouse, we pray that You would prepare their heart and the heart of their future spouse. Lead them to someone who shares their faith, values, and commitment to You, so that their marriage would be a testimony of Your love and grace. Help them to wait patiently on You, trusting that Your timing is perfect, and that You will bring the right person into their life at the right time. We rebuke any temptation to compromise on biblical standards, whether in emotional or physical intimacy, and we declare that they will honor You in their relationships.
Father, we ask that You would fill their hearts with hope and peace as they wait on You. Strengthen their faith, reminding them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). May they find their joy and satisfaction in You alone, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider, Protector, and Redeemer. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
