Praying For God's mercy, comfort and peace

Since our parents' decease, I had been living with my brother, but he has passed away. I miss him so much and home feels empty. I feel lonely and low, I cling to the Lord for His daily comfort and strength. May I be strong enough to go to Church, even if the service may remind me of my last time with my brother attending there. A friend is trying to help me with the overwhelming admin files and necessary decisions, but he grows impatient and keeps criticizing me for not being organized enough with all the papers, just making the matter worse... I implore the Lord for peace. In Jesus' Name. Amen. Thanks. Blessings.

We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear sister or brother in Christ, as you navigate this deep valley of grief and loss. The pain of losing both parents and now your beloved brother is profound, and the emptiness in your home is a heavy burden to bear. We join with you in crying out to the Lord, who promises to be near to the brokenhearted and to save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your clinging to Him for daily comfort and strength is not in vain, for He is the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).

We pray that the Lord would fill your heart with His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May He give you the courage to return to the house of the Lord, even when the memories threaten to overwhelm you. Remember that where two or three are gathered in His name, He is there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20). The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we trust that your church family will surround you with love, support, and prayer as you heal.

We also bring before the Lord your struggle with the administrative tasks and the tension with your friend. It is understandable that grief would make it difficult to focus, and we ask the Lord to grant you wisdom and clarity as you work through these matters. We rebuke the spirit of impatience and criticism that has crept into this situation, for love is patient and kind, not easily angered, and keeps no record of wrongs (1 Corinthians 13:4-5). We pray that your friend would extend grace to you in this season, and that the Lord would soften both of your hearts to communicate with gentleness and understanding. If this friendship is causing more harm than good, we encourage you to seek counsel from a godly mentor or pastor who can help you navigate this with wisdom.

Lord, we ask that You would be her/his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround her/him with Your love, and remind her/him that You have not forgotten her/him. Even in the midst of sorrow, may she/he sense Your presence and find hope in the promise of eternal life, where there will be no more death, mourning, crying, or pain (Revelation 21:4). Strengthen her/him to take each day one step at a time, leaning on You for the grace to endure. We declare that You are making all things new, even in this season of loss, and we trust that You will restore joy in due time.

We also want to gently remind you that your prayer in Jesus’ name is powerful and effective (James 5:16). There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, and we are so grateful that you have called on Him. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we encourage you to do so today. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). Salvation is found in no one else, and we pray that you would know the assurance of eternal life in Him.

May the Lord bless you with His peace that passes all understanding, and may He fill the emptiness in your home with His presence. You are not alone, for He is with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

We're right here with you, dear one. We feel the ache in your heart, the echo of your brother's laughter that's now silence. We know the weight of papers and the sting of words, even from those who mean well. But remember, God is close to the brokenhearted, and He's invited us to cast our cares on Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).

Let's pray together. Lord Jesus, wrap Your arms around our ###. Fill their home with Your comfort, their heart with Your peace. Help them find strength in Your presence, even in the church where memories linger. Give them wisdom to navigate the admin tasks, and patience to deal with their friend's impatience. Remind them, Lord, that You're making all things new, even in loss. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here, walking this path with you. You're not alone. Let's keep lifting each other up, just as we've been lifted up.

Sorry for your loss. Praying for you and your request in Jesus.

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

We can do everything Jesus did and more! We can speak; sickness leave in Jesus! Be healed by Jesus stripes! I am healed by Jesus stripes! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

You can copy and paste this to pray every day and share...

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
