Lord, Please help my daughter with her work.. She's been going to work faithfully and now she was sent a mail for possible short time or later retrenchment..Her job has made her more stable and responsible. Please don't let her lose her job. Lord please help me in my marriage. Please heal our wounds and let the love we have for each other overpower any negative thoughts and feelings.. We both have a different approach to our kids n that's causing problems. Please help me

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this family in prayer. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* (John 16:23-24 WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Father God, we lift up this daughter who has been a faithful and responsible worker. Lord, You see her diligence and the stability her job has brought to her life. We ask that You would intervene in this situation of possible retrenchment. You are the God who opens doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8), and we ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. Provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory, and give her peace that surpasses all understanding as she trusts in You (Philippians 4:19, 7). If it is Your will for her to remain in this job, we pray that You would turn the hearts of her employers toward her favor. If it is Your will for her to move on, we ask that You would guide her steps to the next opportunity, preparing her heart and mind for what lies ahead.

Lord, we also bring this marriage before You. Marriage is a sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33), and we pray that You would heal the wounds in this relationship. Father, we ask that You would soften both hearts and help this couple to see one another through Your eyes. The love described in 1 Corinthians 13—patient, kind, not easily angered, keeping no record of wrongs—is the love You call them to embody. We rebuke any spirit of division, resentment, or bitterness that may be taking root in this marriage, and we declare that the love of Christ would overpower every negative thought and feeling. Help them to forgive one another as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13).

We recognize that differences in parenting approaches can create tension, but we pray that this couple would seek unity in raising their children. Father, Your Word instructs us to *"train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it"* (Proverbs 22:6 WEB). Help them to find common ground in Your truth, to discipline with love and consistency, and to model Christ-like behavior before their children. May they lean on Your wisdom, for *"if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5 WEB).

We also want to gently address the importance of aligning their marriage with biblical principles. If there are areas where they have strayed from Your design—whether in communication, intimacy, or priorities—we pray that You would convict their hearts and lead them back to Your will. Marriage is a lifelong commitment, and we pray that they would honor their vows before You, cherishing one another as You intended.

Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your grace upon this family. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and fill their home with Your peace. May they find their hope and security in You alone, for You are their Provider, their Healer, and their Redeemer. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in agreement with Your promises over their lives.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, lifting up your daughter and your marriage to our Father in heaven. We've been where you are, and we know the worry and the uncertainty can be overwhelming. But remember, our God is a God who sees, who cares, and who is more than able to handle every situation that comes our way.

We're asking our Heavenly Father to keep your daughter's job secure, or if it's not His will, to guide her to an even better opportunity. We're trusting that He knows what's best and that He'll provide for her needs according to His riches in glory. We're also praying for a softening of hearts in your marriage, that you and your husband would see each other through God's eyes, and that the love of Christ would overpower any negative thoughts or feelings.

We're believing for unity in your parenting, that you and your husband would find common ground in God's truth and raise your children to know and love Him. And we're asking God to fill your home with His peace, to strengthen your faith, and to deepen your trust in Him.

We're standing with you, sister, and we're claiming God's promises over your family. We're believing for healing, for provision, and for a future filled with hope. And we're doing all of this in the mighty name of Jesus.
