Dear God,

I lift up this person whom I know who has some resistance to knowing Jesus and pray You tear down the resistance coming against their thinking

I bind and rebuke any deception and hardened heart in Jesus' name

I loose the spirit of truth and soften their heart to hear about Jesus and desire to know Him

Recover what the enemy did over their finances

Recover what the enemy did to their mind and mental state

Remove deep seated coping mechanisms that enables this person to avoid others out of fear and rejection

I rebuke the spirit of pride and inaction operating through them in Jesus' name

I loose humility and boldness to take the right steps and action needed in Jesus' name

I pray for hope deferred to be healed and pray they stop thinking of themselves in a limited way cause people's projections toward them

I loose confidence, goodness and healing over their minds, thoughts and well being in Jesus' name

I pray against stagnation and also spiritual blindness and pray You shine a light on them to bring revelation that is so hard to miss that it opens the way for them to discover more about the gospel and the healing power of Jesus and salvation in Christ

Lord deliver this person from witchcraft and also anything they have accidentally came into contact via any association they should not have been entertained in Jesus' name

Remove the fear of man in them and instead may they walk in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind', in Jesus name

Lord may it be so that this person encounters Jesus and that they know the saving grace of Jesus in the name of Jesus'

We join you in this faithful intercession and we stand in agreement with you for this precious soul before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.

We love your heart for this person and your understanding of the spiritual battle at work. We are reminded that the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ should not dawn on them, 2 Corinthians 4:4, and that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers and spiritual forces of wickedness, Ephesians 6:12. Your prayers to bind deception and to loose truth align with what Jesus taught about binding and loosing, Matthew 18:18, and we agree that only God can tear down strongholds and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:4-5.

We also rejoice that you have prayed so clearly in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. It is only through Jesus that this person can be delivered, forgiven and made new.

We pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You remove the veil of spiritual blindness and shine Your light into their heart, that You would open their eyes to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, Acts 26:18. We ask You to take away their stony heart and give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, Ezekiel 36:26, softening what has been hardened and healing hope deferred, for hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when longing is fulfilled, it is a tree of life, Proverbs 13:12.

Lord we rebuke every spirit of deception, pride, fear, stagnation and witchcraft that has sought to hold them captive, and we ask You to deliver them completely, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4, and if we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil he will flee from us, James 4:7. We ask You to break deep seated coping mechanisms rooted in fear and rejection, for perfect love casts out fear, 1 John 4:18, and You heal the broken in heart and bind up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. We loose over them humility and boldness, for You give grace to the humble, James 4:6, and the righteous are bold as a lion, Proverbs 28:1. Humble them under Your mighty hand that You may exalt them in due time, 1 Peter 5:6.

We pray You restore what the enemy has stolen from their finances and their mind, for You will restore to us the years that the locust has eaten, Joel 2:25, and we ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7. Remove the fear of man which brings a snare, Proverbs 29:25, and let them walk in the truth that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. Let confidence and a sound mind replace limited thinking and the projections of others, for we are Your workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, Ephesians 2:10.

Father we ask for a revelation of Jesus that is so clear it cannot be missed, that they would encounter Your Son as Savior and Lord and know Your saving grace, for You desire all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:4, and You are patient not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9. Deliver them from every association with witchcraft and darkness, for You have delivered us out of the power of darkness and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of Your love, Colossians 1:13, and let no sorcery or divination have any hold on them, Deuteronomy 18:10-12.

We thank You Lord that You hear us when we ask according to Your will, 1 John 5:14, and we trust You to continue this good work until it is complete. Give our friend who is interceding continued love, patience and wisdom to speak the truth in love and to live as a witness of the gospel with gentleness and respect.

We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our salvation, amen.

It is a right and Christlike burden you carry for this soul, to plead that God Himself would do a work which no man can do. To be blind of heart is our sin, but to be made to see is the gift of Grace, for the hearing ear and the seeing eye the Lord has made even both of them. The blindness we are born with is not by accident, it is inbred in our nature and worked into our very constitution, and only He who gives sight to the blind from birth can give light to the understanding darkened by prejudice and unbelief.

We join you in praying that the Lord would tear down resistance and hardenings of heart, and rebuke the deceptions of the evil one. In the presence of man Satan is great and strong and crafty, but in the Presence of the Christ of God he shrinks into utter insignificance. There is no way of escape for any of us except in Christ, and blessed be His holy name, He has delivered us from the power of darkness. We ask that what the enemy has sought to steal or to wound, whether in finances or in the mind and mental state, the Lord would in His mercy recover and restore, for deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin.

We pray that deep seated coping mechanisms that lead this dear one to hide from others out of fear and rejection would be removed, and that the spirit of pride and inaction would give way to true humility and holy boldness to take right steps in obedience. Where hope deferred has made the heart sick and where the projections of others have taught this soul to think of itself in a limited way, we pray the Lord would heal and loose confidence and soundness of mind, and that goodness and healing would rest upon thoughts and well being. We ask the Lord to shine a light that is hard to miss, to remove spiritual blindness and stagnation, and to bring revelation of the gospel and the healing power of Jesus.

We pray also for full deliverance from witchcraft and from any association that should not have been entertained, that the fear of man which brings a snare would be broken, and that instead this one may walk in the truth of that word, For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Salvation is all of Divine Grace from first to last and the channel of that Grace is the Lord Jesus Christ who loved and lived and died and rose again. May it please the Lord to show this soul that Wisdom has provided the feast and Power has prepared it, and that not one attribute of the Divine Nature withholds forgiveness from the sinner who comes to Christ.

Continue to watch and pray, even as Noah preached and laboured though none went with him into the ark at first. Men are never right by accident, nor obedient to the Lord by chance, preparation of heart is wanted and this the Lord must give. We pray that He will give it, and that this one whom you love may be found robed and adorned in Christ, having encountered Jesus and known His saving grace, to the praise of the Covenant of Grace and the atonement by blood and the immutable love of the ever blessed Three in One.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this person to You. Remove all resistance and blindness from their heart, for *"the god of this age has blinded their minds... so that they cannot see the light of the gospel"* (**2 Corinthians 4:4**). Soften their heart to receive Your truth. Restore what the enemy has stolen from their finances and mind, for *"the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full"* (**John 10:10**). Remove fear and replace it with power, love, and a sound mind, for *"God has not given us a spirit of fear"* (**2 Timothy 1:7**). Draw them to Jesus and let them encounter Your saving grace.

Your prayer for this person is good and right, and we join you in lifting them before the Lord who alone saves.

We pray that God who pricks the heart and gives the spirit of compunction would pierce this heart that has grown hard and plant His truth deep within it. Scripture warns us that a heart is hardened by the deceitfulness of sin, and that when sin deepens a soul becomes contemptuous and turns away from the light. We ask the Lord to tear down that resistance, to expose every deception, and to soften what has become callous so that the word of God may be received.

We pray that God would make His presence known to them, for He is everywhere, hearing all things and discerning the thoughts and intents of the heart. May that knowledge produce not a fear of man, but a holy fear of the Lord which leads to life, and may it deliver them from the spirit of fear. As you prayed from 2 Timothy 1:7, we ask that God would give instead power and love and a sound mind, removing fear and rejection and those deep coping patterns that have kept them isolated.

We ask the Lord to shine light where there is spiritual blindness and stagnation, to bring revelation that cannot be missed, and to work in them both to will and to do according to His good pleasure. For we are called to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, knowing that it is God who works within us. Salvation is near and not a distant labor, for if one confesses with the mouth that Jesus is Lord and believes in the heart that God raised Him from the dead, that one will be saved. May the Lord bring them to that simple and short word of faith.

We pray also for healing of the mind and restoration of what the enemy has harmed, for finances, for thoughts, for hope that has been deferred and has made the heart sick. We ask God to heal that disappointment, to lift limited thinking shaped by the projections of others, and to loose confidence and wholeness in Christ. We pray that pride and inaction would be broken, and that humility and boldness would take their place so that they may take right steps in obedience.

And where there has been any contact with witchcraft or any association that should not have been entertained, we pray for full deliverance through Jesus Christ alone. There is salvation in no other name, and we ask that this person would encounter Jesus Himself, know His saving grace, be forgiven, and be made new.
