Praying for favor and protection

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this challenging time at your workplace. It has been on our hearts to lift you up before the Lord, asking for His favor and protection to surround you like a shield. We have prayed that the intimidation and unfair treatment you’ve faced would lose its power over you, and that God’s peace would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

As you prepare for your meeting tomorrow, we continue to intercede for you, asking the Lord to go before you and soften hearts. May He grant you wisdom, courage, and a spirit of calm, so that no weapon formed against you will prosper. We’ve also been praying for the weariness in your soul and body—that God would bring deep rest to your spirit and relief from the insomnia that has weighed so heavily on you. The Lord sees your struggle, and we believe He is working even now to bring justice, healing, and restoration.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation in ways you can see, we would love to hear how He has answered so we can rejoice with you. If the battle still feels ongoing, please know we are here to keep lifting you up. You are not alone in this, and we will continue to stand in agreement with you, trusting that God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun. May He strengthen you, renew your hope, and fill you with His perfect peace as you keep seeking Him. In Jesus’ Name we pray.
