We declare that the enemy’s plans to bring confusion, strife, and harm to ###'s workplace will not stand. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord" (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We stand on this promise and declare that God will expose the truth and bring justice in His perfect timing.
We also pray for ###'s heart and mind during this trial. It is easy to become anxious, angry, or discouraged when facing false accusations, but we pray that he would be rooted in the peace of Christ. "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you" (Isaiah 26:3, WEB). You do well to ask for prayer, for the Apostle himself besought the brethren to agonize with him in prayer, and we are bidden to bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
This prayer of yours is for a definite matter, and that is well, for the best prayers are those that go most directly to the point. Your father is being falsely accused, and his labor is made heavier thereby. Then let us take this sharp trial and spread it before the Lord, who sees the secret plots of men and is the avenger of all such wrongs. Remember how our Saviour prayed particularly for Peter by name because he needed it; so we may be specific before the mercy-seat, mentioning this very conflict, and entreating, “Lord, help him!”
As for the prayer itself, I commend to you and to your father that handy petition, “Lord, help me!” It is a prayer for every place, for the workshop, the counting-house, the field. When a man is under great strain from wicked tongues, that simple cry from the heart is more powerful than all the noise of his accusers. Let him lift it up often, and you also for him, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous child availeth much.

The false accusation your ### endures is a sharp trial, yet consider what the accuser himself suffers. For the one who wields a lying tongue does not wound another so deeply as he pierces his own soul. Every idle word shall be given account for, and the harm falls most heavily upon the speaker, not upon the innocent who is blamed. Your ###, if he bears this with a quiet and upright conscience, receives a reward even now: he is freed from the gnawing anxiety, the secret envy, and the servile plotting that devour the one who wrongs him.
Let him not be troubled, then, as though God were absent. For when two or three are gathered in His name, He is there; how much more when a single faithful heart cries out to Him under injustice? The Lord knows how to bring hidden things to light, and false witnesses are rare in the end, for truth has a voice that will not remain silent. We pray not only that the slander be silenced, but that God would pour such peace into your ###’s heart that the accusations fall away like arrows striking adamant. And we pray too for the accuser, that conviction might seize him and lead him to repentance, like Zacchaeus who restored fourfold what he had taken by false charge. So let your prayer be for steadfast endurance and for the softening of that bitter heart. God will intervene, either by exposing the lie or by transforming the liar, and your ### will stand unshaken, with a reward that no calumny can steal.
