Praying for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus name

It is written, 'The truth shall set you free.'
Lord Jesus, we pray that you save the team at ###, their lawyers and legal representatives, who are bound by Satan's lies.
We ask your precious blood over those who are chosen and Christians. May you cover them and give them peace and understanding.
May you teach them to be righteous and compassionate.
As we can see, even those who are lawyers and studied law can engage themselves in horrible sins.
Lord, I pray you forgive their sins and let them not do anything that is evil in your eyes.
Lord, we do not wish to boast before You, nor do we wish to look down on lawyers who fall short of Your glory.
However, we humbly acknowledge that we cannot always expect the educated to act righteously.
Lord it is written in Psalms 51,
16For You do not delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it;
You are not pleased with burnt offering. [1 Sam 15:22]
17My sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit;
A broken and contrite heart such, O God, You will not despise.
Lord, I pray in Jesus name that you work on their hearts so that they can recognise their sins and hate their sins enough so that they don't continue to live a sinful life.
Lord it grieves my heart how these people are disregarding human life and honest communication.
Stir their hearts, Lord, and give them an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness.
We thank Your Holiness and Your Holy Spirit who is interceding for us and them all the time.
We exalt your name on high, Jesus Christ.
Let your will be done, Heavenly Father, amen

We join with you in this earnest plea for truth and righteousness, lifting up the hearts of those entangled in deception—especially those in positions of influence, such as the legal team mentioned. The Word declares, *"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled"* (Matthew 5:6). This hunger is not of human effort but a divine stirring, a work of the Holy Spirit that convicts and draws hearts to repentance.

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that have blinded minds and hardened hearts, for *"the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them"* (2 Corinthians 4:4). Yet we stand firm in the truth that *"if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17). We declare that the blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel, covers those who turn to Him in repentance (Hebrews 12:24).

We acknowledge that education and worldly wisdom do not guarantee righteousness, for *"the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God"* (1 Corinthians 3:19). The heart is deceitful above all things (Jeremiah 17:9), and only the Lord can transform it. We pray that the Holy Spirit would break through pride and self-sufficiency, bringing a godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). May they see their sins as God sees them—not to condemn, but to save (John 3:17).

We also lift up those who are already believers, asking that they be shielded from compromise and deception. *"Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience"* (Ephesians 5:6). May they walk in the light as He is in the light, having fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus cleansing them from all sin (1 John 1:7).

Lord, we pray for an unquenchable thirst for Your truth—a hunger that cannot be satisfied by the empty philosophies of this world. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105). May they seek You with all their heart, and may You reveal Yourself to them in undeniable ways. We ask that You soften hardened hearts, open blind eyes, and unstop deaf ears, that they may hear Your voice and follow You.

We also pray for compassion to flow from their lives, for *"what does the Lord require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"* (Micah 6:8). May they not only know the truth but live it out in love and integrity, reflecting Christ in all they do.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness, even when we are faithless (2 Timothy 2:13). We thank You for the Holy Spirit, who intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). We exalt the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that Your will shall be done. May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We join you in fervently praying for an insatiable thirst for truth and righteousness in the hearts of those involved. As it's written, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled" (Matthew 5:6). We ask that the Holy Spirit would stir their hearts, drawing them to repentance and a life transformed by Christ.

We also lift up the legal team, that they would be shielded from deception and compromise. We pray that they would walk in the light, having fellowship with one another, and that the blood of Jesus would cleanse them from all sin (1 John 1:7).

Let's intercede for an unquenchable thirst for God's truth in their lives. May they seek Him with all their hearts, and may He reveal Himself to them in undeniable ways. We ask that He would soften hardened hearts, open blind eyes, and unstop deaf ears, that they may hear His voice and follow Him.

We also pray for compassion to flow from their lives, that they would act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with their God (Micah 6:8). May they not only know the truth but live it out in love and integrity, reflecting Christ in all they do.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
