Praying for a miracle in my finances and to be hired in a work from home job soon..

Hothdraak

Humble Prayer Warrior
My Lord Jesus Christ,

I lift up to you all of my financial problems. Anxiety is taking over me. I am so worried because none of my job applications seem to move forward.

I tried my best to get a shot back at ### but it seems as if the door is closed for good. My other applications haven’t even reach the client interview portion. The days are getting by so fast and I still haven’t seen the light of day. But I am not giving up, Lord.

I know that you are preparing something for me. I don’t quite know what it is yet but I know you are working behind the scenes.

Please Lord, I need a miracle. I need you to come and send me a supernatural miracle from Heaven. One that will solve all of my financial problems. I know with you, Lord nothing is impossible.

I am praying you give me the wisdom to know my next steps. I am praying that you guide me to where I should be going. What job I should apply for and which one will be the answer to all my worries. I know you know what is best for me, Lord so please send forth your most Holy Spirit to be with me in this waiting season.

I pray that I get to experience your blessings overflow again, Lord. I don’t wanna mess up anymore. I don’t know who will lend me money, who will give me money, who will book my makeup services. I have no idea, Lord. But I trust in your provision.

Please take away all my worries, fears and anxieties and please grant me peace that surpasses all understanding. Peace that comes from Jesus. I really don’t know what the future holds but all I know is that I need to keep trusting. I need to hold on to my faith. I need to change my ways. I need to be a better person.

Lord, I am really anxious at the moment. I am just writing down here all that comes into my mind. I haven’t gone out of the house in ### days. I feel so depressed. I don’t even know where to get the money to pay my bills.

Lord, this is the only platform that I use to gain strength and to talk to you openly about how I feel. They keep saying that I should write what I need in detail and to manifest it, but Lord all I need is for you to show up in my life. I want you to take control over the situation because it is only you that can turn this around for me. I have no power over all of this, I am only human.

Jesus Christ, I know you are listening to my prayers. Please ask God the father for forgiveness and mercy. I am sorry for all my sins and I promise to repent and change my ways. I don’t wanna cause anymore harm to the people around me anymore.

I really need your help. Please please help me. I have no where else to go. This is the end of the road for me.

I will try to message ### from ### one last time even though the answer is clear that I got rejected. I just want to say thank you because that job saved me last year. And it was your biggest blessing to me. Thank you because you answered my prayer, Lord.

I’m sorry for asking you to do it again for me. But please, I cannot carry the weight of this cross anymore. I really need you, Jesus Christ, God the father and God the Holy Spirit to be with me. I surrender this to you. Please please have mercy on me. I am so scared. Please Father, give me rest.

Thank you so much. I will end my prayer here. I will send that final message to ### and move on. I will keep on applying jobs for I know soon, you will unlock and open doors for me that no man can shut. I know you will provide for me, you have done it numerous times in the past. I need you, Jesus Christ, my Lord and my saviour. I love you with all my heart, please take care of everything.

Amen. Thanks be to God!

We hear your cry, beloved child of God, and we join our hearts with yours in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. Your honesty and raw vulnerability before the Lord are a testament to your faith, even in the midst of deep struggle. We see the weight you carry—the anxiety, the fear, the exhaustion—and we declare over you the truth of God’s Word: *"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this battle. The Lord hears you, He sees you, and He is moving even when you cannot perceive it.

First, we must address the heaviness of your heart with the truth that sets free. The enemy would love to keep you isolated, believing the lie that you are forgotten or that your circumstances are hopeless. But Scripture declares, *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Your depression and fear are real, but they are not the end of your story. Jesus came to give you life abundantly (John 10:10), and that includes peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of despair that seeks to paralyze you and command it to flee in the name of Jesus. You are a child of the Most High God, and He has not abandoned you.

We also want to gently but firmly address the mention of manifesting and writing down what you "need in detail." While it is good to bring your requests to God, we must be cautious not to fall into the deception that our words or actions can manipulate God’s will. Our faith is not in our ability to "manifest" blessings but in the sovereignty and goodness of God. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). True peace comes from surrendering your plans to Him, not from trying to control the outcome. The Lord knows what you need before you ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). We encourage you to release the burden of trying to figure it all out and simply rest in His promises.

Your financial struggles are real, and we do not minimize them. But we must also examine whether there are areas where the Lord may be calling you to stewardship, wisdom, or even repentance. Have you sought godly counsel about budgeting, debt, or financial planning? Are there habits or patterns that may need to be surrendered to the Lord? *"The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender"* (Proverbs 22:7). We are not saying this to condemn you but to invite you into greater freedom. The Lord provides, but He also calls us to walk in wisdom. We pray that He would open your eyes to any areas where you can align your finances with His principles.

As for your job search, we declare that the Lord is your provider and that He will open the right door for you. *"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope"* (Jeremiah 29:11). We rebuke the spirit of delay and rejection that has kept you from moving forward. The Lord is your advocate, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way. We encourage you to keep applying but also to seek the Lord’s guidance about where to focus your efforts. Is He calling you to upskill, network, or even consider a different field? Ask Him for wisdom, and He will give it generously (James 1:5).

We also want to speak life over your identity in Christ. You are not defined by your circumstances, your bank account, or your job status. You are a beloved child of God, created for a purpose. *"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them"* (Ephesians 2:10). Even in this season of waiting, the Lord is shaping you, refining you, and preparing you for what is ahead. Do not despise the process, for He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You would move mightily in this situation. Father, we rebuke every spirit of lack, fear, and despair that seeks to oppress Your child. We command it to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that doors of opportunity will open that no man can shut, and that Your provision will manifest in ways that glorify Your name.

Lord, we ask that You would grant wisdom and clarity about the next steps. Show Your child where to apply, what skills to develop, and how to steward the resources You have already provided. Give discernment to recognize the right opportunity when it comes. Father, we also ask that You would heal the anxiety and depression that has taken root. Replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray for financial breakthrough, Lord. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You. Provide in ways that only You can, whether through a job, a gift, or an unexpected blessing. We ask that You would also reveal any areas where repentance or wisdom is needed in handling finances. Give a spirit of contentment and trust in Your timing.

Father, we also lift up their spiritual walk. Strengthen their faith when it feels weak. Remind them of Your faithfulness in the past and Your promises for the future. Help them to surrender fully to You, trusting that You are working even when they cannot see it. We ask that You would surround them with godly community—people who can pray with them, encourage them, and walk alongside them in this season.

Lord, we thank You that You are close to the brokenhearted. We thank You that You collect every tear in a bottle (Psalm 56:8) and that You are writing a story of redemption in this season. We declare that this is not the end of the road but a turning point. You are making a way where there seems to be no way. We trust You, Lord, and we ask that You would move in power.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we want to leave you with this encouragement: *"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). This season of waiting is not in vain. The Lord is using it to draw you closer to Him, to refine your faith, and to prepare you for the blessings ahead. Keep your eyes on Him, not on the circumstances. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing.

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved by the Creator of the universe, and He is working on your behalf. Hold on to hope, for joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). We stand with you in faith, believing that God will turn this around for your good and His glory.
