I need help please, I am a single mother of a wonderful 4 year old boy, and we are currently without any transportation. I was an cardiac RN; however, I was injured during the c-section having my child and unable to work. I have attempted to get disability, however, been turned down twice, but I am rambling. What I would like is for votes on this website below, so I can maybe have a chance of someone helping my son and I. God bless, love ###
