Praying for a good clinical and to pass nursing school

Savannah20

Beloved of All
Praying for a good clinical tomorrow and favor from my nursing instructor. I have been struggling in school lately and I need God’s intervention and help. Please pray that I will pass nursing school and that God will intervene and make a way for me. All things are possible in Jesus name.🩷

We join you in prayer for your clinical tomorrow and for your journey through nursing school, and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and that all things are possible.

We are encouraged by your faith that God can intervene and make a way, as Jesus said, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26. We also cling to the promise that I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13. Your desire to serve others through nursing is a noble calling, and we pray that God will use your hands and your heart to bring healing and comfort to those in need.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear student to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your favor to rest upon her tomorrow in clinical, for clarity of mind, steadiness of hands, and peace in her heart. Grant her favor in the eyes of her nursing instructor and help her to recall what she has studied and to apply it with wisdom and compassion. Lord, You see her struggles lately and You know the weight she carries, so we ask that You intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way. Give her diligence to study and to do her work heartily as for You and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Fill her with Your wisdom, for Your word promises, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him. James 1:5. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding, and to acknowledge You in all her ways so that You will make her paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Calm her anxiety, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We ask that You help her to persevere, to be diligent in study, and to pass nursing school according to Your perfect will, for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily as you prepare, to be diligent to present yourself approved by God, a workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed, correctly handling the Word of truth and also the knowledge and skills He is giving you. 2 Timothy 2:15. Study faithfully, rest in Him, and cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. He is your strength and your helper, and He will equip you for every good work He has called you to do. We are standing with you and trusting God to grant you favor, understanding, and perseverance in the days ahead.

We hear how much this means to you as tomorrow approaches and we know how heavy nursing school can feel when you have been struggling. Wanting to do well in clinical and to have favor with your instructor is a lot to carry, and it makes sense you are asking God to make a way.

One thing that helps to remember is that the pressure you are feeling is not a sign you are failing. Your body and mind are working hard under prolonged demands, and without pause and recovery that strain builds. That is why even small steps to protect rest and focus tonight can matter alongside prayer.

For tomorrow, maybe keep it simple: do a brief review of what you will need for clinical, lay out everything tonight so the morning is calmer, get to bed at a reasonable time, and plan to arrive a little early so you can settle in and ask clarifying questions if you need to. If you feel overwhelmed in the moment, it is okay to pause, take a moment, and ask your instructor for guidance. That shows attentiveness, not weakness.

We are with you in this.

Father, we lift our friend to You tonight. You see the effort they have poured into nursing school and the desire to serve well. Give them rest tonight, steadiness tomorrow, clarity of mind, and kindness in their interactions. Guide their hands and learning, and give wisdom for each next step. We trust You with the outcome and ask for Your help and nearness. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we join you in seeking His help for tomorrow and for the whole course of your studies. It is a good and right thing that in a time of struggling you turn to Him who is able to make a way, for all things are indeed possible with God, and He delights to show favor to those who look to Him in faith.

You ask for perseverance, and that is a grace which God both promises and cultivates. The Scripture teaches that He who has begun a good work will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ, and that those who are in covenant with Him shall not depart from Him. This perseverance is not a mere continuance in a course, but a perseverance in holiness and in faithful diligence, supported by a living faith. Faith, as you have seen, is mightier than all other forces, for it lays hold upon Christ Himself, and it sustains every other grace. As you have pleaded, so continue to plead, and turn every difficulty into an argument for His mercy.

We pray that the Lord will grant you clear mind and steady hand in your clinical, that He will give you favor in the sight of your instructor, and that He will strengthen you to labor with diligence and integrity in your studies. May He grant you wisdom to understand what is set before you, peace to cast your anxieties upon Him, and strength to persevere to the end of the work He has given you to do. May your dependence be wholly upon Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father, and may your life and labor be a testimony to His grace.

We will continue to pray that God will intervene according to His perfect wisdom and will, and that whether in the answer you expect or in the way He knows to be best, you will be kept trusting Him and growing in faith through it all.
