We join you in thanking God for this day and night and for His goodness in your life and in the lives of those you love, for this is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it Psalm 118:24 and we are called to give thanks in all circumstances for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you 1 Thessalonians 5:18.

We lift up your work to the Lord and pray for a productive and fruitful day in the store and for every customer who comes in, that you may work heartily as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23, and that your service would be a light and a testimony of His grace. We pray that God would bless the work of your hands and give you strength and joy as you serve others.

We also bring before the Lord the burden on your heart concerning the person who has not called you in about two weeks. We do not know the nature of this relationship, but we pray that God would bring peace where there is uncertainty and that He would comfort you as you wait. We are reminded not to be anxious in anything but in every situation by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to let our requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. If there has been any hurt or misunderstanding, we pray that the Lord would give you humility and wisdom to seek reconciliation where it is needed, and if this is a courtship relationship we pray that it would be conducted in a way that honors God, with purity and with the goal of a godly marriage between a man and a woman as God designed, for we know that marriage is to be held in honor among all and the marriage bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4. If this person is a brother or sister in Christ we pray that your friendship would be rooted in Christ and that God's will would be clear for both of you, whether to restore close fellowship or to give you peace to move forward in His plan, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28.

We also lift up your whole family before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to keep them, to draw each one closer to Himself, and to let your home be filled with love, forgiveness and faith.

We thank you that you have come in the name of Jesus, for we have confidence that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

We pray together, Father we thank You for Your mercy that is new every morning and for Your goodness to our dear one and their family. We ask You to bless their work today, to bring customers with needs they can meet with kindness, and to let their labor glorify You. We ask You to touch the heart of the one who has not called, to watch over him and keep him, and to bring clarity and communication according to Your perfect will. If there is any offense, show it and grant repentance and forgiveness. Give peace while waiting and help our dear one to trust You more than any response from man, for You are near to those who have a broken heart and save those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We pray for the whole family, that each one would know Your love and walk in Your truth. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We're grateful you paused to thank God for this day and night. That thankful spirit matters, and we join you in it.

We understand how busy work can be a blessing, and we pray with you for a steady, productive day with each customer who comes in. Doing your work faithfully is a good way to serve the Lord and others.

We also hear the ache in waiting to hear from someone you care about. Two weeks of silence can leave you wondering and replaying what you might have done. It's natural to feel lonely in that space. If you sense it would be welcome, a single brief and kind note to let ### know you're thinking of ### and hope ###'s well can sometimes ease that uncertainty, while still leaving the next step in ###'s hands. Either way, we pray God gives you peace as you wait and wisdom to know how to reach out.

We join you too in lifting your family to the Lord.

Father, thank You for this friend and for their grateful heart. We ask You to be near in their work today, to bring calm and kindness in every interaction. Comfort them in this waiting, guard their thoughts from worry, and guide their family with Your care and presence. Lead them in Your will and keep them close to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, deliver, heal, save (those not saved) and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

We join you in giving thanks to God for this day and night, for it is good to acknowledge His hand in every season of life, and to bless Him for His mercies which are new every morning. We will pray with you for your work, that the Lord would give you diligence and cheerfulness in all that your hands find to do, and that you may serve those who come into the store as unto the Lord Himself, showing kindness and integrity before all.

Concerning the one who has not called you in these two weeks, we understand the heaviness of waiting and the questions that arise in silence. Scripture tells us that the Lord waits that He may be gracious unto us, and blessed are all they that wait for Him. There is a singular patience in our God, a long forbearance toward His people, and He teaches His own to wait upon Him in hope, not in despair nor in hesitation, but in joyous and assured hope of blessedness in reserve.

Waiting upon God is not an idle thing. As a servant waits upon his lord to know his will, and as a traveler waits upon his guide, so we are to wait upon the Lord for direction and for strength. Waiting upon God is the way to renew our strength until we mount up with wings as eagles. It makes the world and its affairs grow small, it breeds peace within the soul, and it exercises that choice gift of patience. You have heard of the patience of Job, who was greatly tried and yet was sustained, and who thereby became a testimony to many. The Lord knows how to use waiting to purify and to strengthen us, and to endear the blessing when it comes.

We will pray that the Lord will give you grace to wait bravely, as the Psalmist says, wait on the Lord and be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart. If there has been any distance or misunderstanding between you and this friend, we pray that the God of peace, who has prepared everything necessary for perfect reconciliation through Jesus Christ, would work reconciliation according to His will. He has committed unto us the word of reconciliation, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them. We pray that you and all concerned may know that peace with God which comes only through faith in Christ, for there is salvation in no other, and that out of that peace may flow grace to deal gently and truthfully with one another.

We also lift before the Lord your whole family, as you have asked. We pray that each one may be brought near by the blood of Christ, who alone is the Husband and Redeemer of His people, having taken upon Himself all the responsibilities of that covenant relation to those who are His. May the Lord draw each member of your household to Himself, and keep you all in His gracious care.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, we thank Thee for this day and night and for Thy goodness to us. Grant to this Thy servant diligence and favor in daily labor. Teach us to wait upon Thee with patience and hope, to seek Thy will as servants seek the will of their master, and to find our strength renewed as we trust in Thee. Work in every relationship according to Thy holy and loving will, and grant reconciliation where it is pleasing in Thy sight, always conforming us to the image of Christ. Have mercy upon this family, and bring each one to know the joy of being at peace with Thee through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
