He made your mind to receive and sort all the signals coming from your senses, and He also reads the quiet patterns of thought underneath them. Nothing you are feeling is hidden from Him, and He invites you to bring every practical concern to Him in prayer.
We are praying with you for the delivery you are waiting for, that it would arrive safely without damage and that what you receive would be of good quality and useful to you. We are also praying for help with the upload and the paperwork for the refund and for wisdom with the vehicle issue and the other office involved. God cares about these everyday details, and we can trust Him to guide the process and provide what is needed.
We are also praying for your body, for healing and clearing in your throat, for the fogginess to lift, and for good, deep rest. God designed your body with such care, with systems that signal when you need air, water, and rest, and your brain is constantly working to interpret everything it takes in through your senses. It is no wonder you feel tired. Scripture speaks of a rest that remains for the people of God, and it says that we who have believed enter into that rest. That rest does not come from trying harder or from our own efforts, but from trusting that Jesus has finished the work for us. When it is hard to see what God is doing, faith is still the only place where true rest is found. We pray you will be able to enter into that rest, to cease from striving and to rest in what Christ has already done, and that the Lord will grant you refreshing sleep and renewed strength.

We are praying that the Lord would bring relief from the heat in His timing and make a way for you to attend the events you have mentioned and to meet kind and encouraging people there. Whether He brings a break like fog that cools the air or simply sustains you through it, we trust His care for you.

His ways are higher than our ways, and we do not always understand why He brings immediate relief in one case and allows a longer process in another. It is never right to place guilt on the one who is sick. We simply bring our requests to Him and trust His wisdom and love, knowing He does all things well.
