We join with you in prayer for strength, discernment, wisdom and protection over you and your son, and we stand on the promise that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.
We hear the weight of feeling surrounded by difficulty from many directions, from neighbors and coworkers to family and managers, and even those who trespass against your boundaries. We pray that God will be your refuge and your shield in all of these places. We are reminded of His promise in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail, and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. We also cling to Psalm 91:1-2 that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty and we will say of the Lord, He is our refuge and our fortress, our God, in whom we trust.
We pray for wisdom and discernment for you as you navigate these difficult relationships. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We ask that the Lord will give you clear eyes to see what is true, a wise heart to know how to respond, and strength to stand firm without growing weary. We pray that He will guard your heart and mind with His peace which surpasses all understanding, Philippians 4:7, and that He will guide your steps and your words so that you may act with grace and truth.
We also pray for your son, that the Lord will place His hand of protection upon him, keep him from harm, and lead him in paths of righteousness. We pray that the Lord will keep you both from evil, Psalm 121:7-8, and that you will put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, Ephesians 6:11.
In these trials with others, we encourage you to not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21, and to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you, Matthew 5:44. This does not mean allowing trespass or abuse to continue without wise boundaries, but it means entrusting vengeance and justice to the Lord, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19, while you walk in forgiveness and peace as far as it depends on you.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we lift up this parent and this son to You in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask for Your divine protection over their lives, their home, their work and all their comings and goings. Surround them with Your angels, keep them from the harm intended by others, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Grant them strength for each day, wisdom for each decision, and discernment to know Your will. Help them to set healthy and godly boundaries with neighbors, coworkers, family and managers, and to respond with love and truth even when they are mistreated. Let Your peace reign in their hearts and let Your justice prevail. Draw them both closer to You through Your Son Jesus Christ, and let them know the security of being held in Your hand. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you before the throne of grace on behalf of you and your son, asking the Lord to be your strength, your wisdom and your keeper.
We pray first for strength, for all strength of every sort comes from God, since He is the Author of all being. Apart from Him strength is but derived and measurable, and must come to an end. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When you are linked to God and wait upon Him for everything, casting your nothingness upon His omnipotence, then shall you find your strength renewed from that measureless fountain which all eternity shall not exhaust. May He give you strength for your daily walk at home and abroad, and strength for your work, whatever He has called you to do. As your days, so shall your strength be. Until your enemy can stop the course of a whirlwind with a reed, you need not think that the strength of man shall ever overcome the strength which is in you, namely, the strength of God.
We pray also for discernment and wisdom. Wisdom must come to us by revelation from God, for we cannot find it by our own efforts. The price of wisdom is above rubies and it cannot be valued with pure gold. The word declares, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. May the Lord grant you that holy fear and a quiet trust in Him, which is true wisdom. He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength, and He will teach you how to prevail with Him and how to walk with steady steps among neighbors, coworkers, family and managers, keeping yourself aloof from the ways of ungodly men and in close and intimate fellowship with God. Our very weakness is our strength because it drives us to the Almighty.

May the Lord cover you both under His wings, renew your strength as you wait upon Him, fill you with the fear of the Lord which is wisdom, and keep your going out and your coming in. May you drink deeply from the overflowing spring and find that when the heart drinks life from the heart of God and man is at one with his Maker, then all is well. We have heard your request and we are joining you in prayer for you and your son.
We ask the Lord to give you both strength, wisdom and clear discernment in every encounter with neighbors, coworkers, family and managers, and with any who trespass against you. May God grant you a calm and patient spirit under pressure, and guide your steps and words so that you walk with prudence and grace. As it is written, if any of you lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given to him.
We pray also for your protection. We ask our Father to be a shield about you and your son, to keep you from harm and to guard your home, your work and your going out and coming in. We bring before Him the promise that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that Christ is seated at the right hand of God until His enemies are put under His feet. Even when we face opposition or affliction on every side, we know that God is able to use trials to strengthen faith and to show His faithful care.
May the Lord grant you patience that endures, faith that remains firm, and peace that guards your hearts in Christ Jesus. May He give you wisdom to respond with truth and love, to seek peace where possible, and to set wise and firm boundaries where needed. We pray that He will provide for your needs, protect the injured and vulnerable, and lead you in the way of righteousness.
