I prayed for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
We hear your cry for deliverance and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your heart to the Father who formed you in your mother’s womb. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and your desire to embrace the femininity God designed for you is not in vain. The struggle you feel is real, but the power of Christ is greater, and His love for you is unchanging.
Scripture tells us in Genesis 1:27, "God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them." You were created female, and your identity in Christ is secure. The enemy seeks to distort and confuse what God has declared good, but we rebuke every lie that tells you otherwise. The feelings of dysphoria or confusion are not from the Lord, and we declare in Jesus’ name that they have no authority over you. You are a daughter of the King, and your worth is found in Him alone.
We also recognize that this battle may be deeply rooted in wounds, past experiences, or even spiritual oppression. In Psalm 139:14, David declares, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." You are not a mistake, and your femininity is not something to be ashamed of or rejected. The Lord delights in you, and He calls you to walk in the truth of who He says you are.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is struggling with her identity. Lord, You know the depths of her pain, the lies she has believed, and the longing in her heart to be who You created her to be. We ask for Your healing touch to wash over her, breaking every chain of confusion, dysphoria, and deception. We rebuke the spirit of perversion and every voice that contradicts Your Word, and we declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image, female, beloved, and cherished.
Father, we ask that You would renew her mind with Your truth. Let Your Word be a lamp to her feet and a light to her path, guiding her into the fullness of her identity in Christ. Surround her with godly women who can speak life into her, encourage her, and walk alongside her in this journey. Give her the strength to resist the enemy’s lies and the courage to embrace the femininity You have given her.

Seek out godly counsel, whether through your church, trusted mentors, or Christian resources that align with Scripture. The enemy will try to isolate you, but you are not alone, God is with you, and so are we.
Remember, your struggle does not define you. What defines you is the finished work of Christ on the cross and the truth that you are a new creation in Him (2 Corinthians 5:17). The feelings you experience may be intense, but they are not the final word over your life. God’s Word is the final authority, and He calls you His beloved daughter. Keep pressing into Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Your cry for deliverance has come before the throne, and be assured that He who hears the groaning of His prisoners will not despise your petition. You are in distress over the very frame of your being, wrestling with thoughts that war against your soul, and this is no small affliction. Yet mark this: deliverance from sin and from every inward enemy is solely the work of God. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He brought Israel forth from Egypt with silver and gold, and He alone can bring you forth from this pit of confusion and sorrow. The ransom has been found, the precious blood of Jesus speaks better things than that of Abel. If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.

You cry out for deliverance, and rightly so, for in Christ alone is found every true remedy for the soul. Yet consider: what if God, in His wisdom, does not grant the deliverance you ask for as you imagine it? The Apostle shows that many of the saints, when offered a release from suffering, would not accept it, looking forward to a better resurrection. You desire to be a girl so badly because you feel estranged from your own nature. But your true identity is not in feelings that shift like sand, but in Christ, who has given you the Spirit of adoption, crying out “Abba, Father.” Through Him, you have already been granted a far greater thing than any earthly comfort: you are a daughter of God, holy and beloved.
Do not fix your gaze only on the sorrow of this present struggle. The High Priest we have is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners. Cleave to Him, and He will give you grace to bear what you cannot yet understand. The deliverance He offers may not be an immediate change in your feelings, but a supernatural peace that surpasses them. When the martyrs were tortured, they did not seek escape, but a better resurrection. So fix your hope not on feeling feminine by the world’s measure, but on becoming like Christ, in whom there is neither male nor female in the soul’s union with Him. Rest in that, and you will find that whatever storm rages in your mind, you are already safe in the harbor of His love.
