We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your urgent plea for protection, discernment, and strength for you and your son. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:9-11, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We stand on this promise, declaring that no weapon formed against you or your son shall prosper, for the Lord is your shield and fortress.
Father God, we ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a mighty wall. Guard their hearts, minds, and bodies from the schemes of those who seek to harm them, whether neighbors, coworkers, family, or management at work. Expose any hidden agendas, lies, or deceit, and let Your light reveal the truth. We rebuke every spirit of strife, division, and malice in Jesus’ name, and we declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against them.
Lord, grant them supernatural discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics before they take root. Fill them with Your wisdom, as James 1:5 promises, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." May they walk in the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom, and may Your Holy Spirit guide their steps in every decision.
We also pray for strength, physical, emotional, and spiritual, for both of you. When weariness or fear creeps in, remind them of Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Let them feel Your presence like never before, knowing that You are fighting their battles.
Father, if there are any areas where they may have unknowingly opened doors to the enemy, through bitterness, unforgiveness, or compromise, we ask for conviction and repentance. Help them to walk in love and forgiveness, even toward those who persecute them, as You commanded in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."
We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Strengthen their faith, renew their hope, and let them see Your deliverance in mighty ways.

You can control your own responses, your home as a safe space, and the steps you take to protect your son emotionally and physically. Those actions don’t replace prayer; they are ways you walk out the wisdom you’re asking for.
Finally, remember that the promise “no weapon formed against you shall prosper” is real, but it does not mean no weapon will be formed, it means it will not finally succeed. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. All strength apart from God is derived strength and is, consequently, measurable; it will fail. Yes, apart from God it is not strength at all. Therefore, to those who have no might, He increases strength.
We must renew our strength, for it is for our honor, comfort and safety. I would encourage a craving ambition with regard to spiritual strength. We cannot be too strong in the Lord. Remember, there is a warfare going on.
God Himself will grant you strength for every service to which He calls you! The best way of obtaining a renewal of spiritual strength is by getting near to Christ, and staying near to Him! He who lays hold of Christ has grasped very God of very God! The clearer view we have of Christ, the firmer confidence we have in His faithfulness and His power to save, the stronger will our spiritual nature grow.
Jehovah Rophi can commence tonight that blessed process by which every trembling member of your spiritual frame shall be braced up and you shall arise and put on strength. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, not because you are strong, but because the Truth Himself is your shield.
Do not sink into fear or repay evil with evil, for that is to obey unrighteousness. Instead, let your patient endurance become the defense that silences every lying tongue. Stand upon sound doctrine, not anger, and pray for the very ones who trouble you. For the fire God kindles against His adversaries is not for you to wield; it devours only those who resist virtue to the end.
Your part is to walk in discernment, asking for wisdom to bring every thought captive to obedience. And do not neglect the secret mercy of giving to the needy even in your hardship, for such sacrifice pours coals of love upon your own wounds. The kind of pressure you are describing, trespass, hostility from neighbors and family, surveillance at work, feels overwhelming in the moment. When everyone seems aligned against you, it is easy to feel exposed and alone. Yet the Scripture continually reminds us that real safety does not reside in the approval of people or the absence of conflict. The horse is prepared against the day of battle, but safety is of the Lord. Men can watch with hostility, just as the Pharisees watched Jesus, yet their agendas could not override the Father's plan.

Persecution separates what is merely religious habit from what is living faith. When a believer’s back is against the wall and they realize the situation is utterly beyond their own capacity, they are positioned to seek the Lord’s help in a fresh way. This is not a sign that He has abandoned you. As the early church was scattered by a heavy wave of persecution, God used that very scattering to spread the gospel and demonstrate His power. What the enemy intends for harm, God often repurposes for a deeper, more resilient faith and an abounding love between you and your son.
