We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your urgent cries for protection, justice, and deliverance. The Word of God assures us that "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on this promise, declaring that the schemes of the enemy against you and your son will not prosper. Every plot, every lie, every unjust action, we rebuke it in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has already overcome the world (John 16:33).
Father, we ask You to surround them with Your hedge of protection. Shield them from the harm intended by neighbors, coworkers, family, or managers who may seek to oppress or mistreat them. Let Your angels encamp around them, as You promise in Psalm 91:11-12: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We pray for divine intervention in every situation where injustice has taken root. Expose the hidden works of darkness and bring truth to light, for You are a God who hates wickedness and loves justice (Psalm 33:5).
Lord, grant them discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to navigate every challenge. Fill them with Your strength when they are weary and knowledge to make decisions that align with Your will. Proverbs 2:6-8 reminds us, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We pray that You would guide their steps toward a new home and occupation where they can thrive, where fairness, respect, and godly community abound. Open doors that no man can shut and lead them to a place where Your peace reigns (Revelation 3:8).
We also lift up the spiritual condition of their hearts. If there are areas where bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear has taken hold, we ask You to uproot it and replace it with Your love and trust in You. Colossians 3:13 urges us, "Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." Forgiveness does not excuse wrongdoing, but it frees the heart from bondage. We pray that You would help them release any offense into Your hands, trusting You to be their ultimate defender and provider.
Above all, we pray that their faith would be firmly anchored in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). If they have not yet surrendered their lives to Him, we ask that You draw them near, revealing Your love and the salvation found only in Your Son. John 3:16 declares, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." May they experience the fullness of life that comes from walking with You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
Heavenly Father, we declare that You are their provider, their protector, and their peace. We trust You to go before them, making crooked paths straight and turning their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, for You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
