We come before the Lord with gratitude for your openness and honesty in sharing your heart. First, we thank God for His presence in your life and the lives of your loved ones. We join you in praying for the peace of Jerusalem and for America, asking that God’s will be done in these nations as it is in heaven.

Father, we lift up your struggle with panic attacks, overwhelming emotions, and the distressing symptoms you’ve described. The Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray that you would experience this supernatural peace that transcends all understanding. We also ask that God guide you to wise and godly counsel, including medical professionals who can help you navigate these challenges in a way that honors Him.

However, we must address your request for Xanax and Adderall with biblical truth and concern. While we understand that these medications have provided temporary relief, we urge you to seek God’s wisdom and the counsel of a trusted Christian doctor about the potential risks of dependency and the spiritual implications of relying on substances rather than the Holy Spirit for peace and focus. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We pray that you would lean on God’s strength and seek His guidance in all things, including your health.

We also must rebuke the mention of "spicing things up" with ### and ###, as this implies a relationship dynamic that does not align with God’s design for purity and marriage. Scripture is clear in Hebrews 13:4, *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* If ### is in a relationship with ###, we must pray for godly boundaries and purity in your interactions with him. We encourage you to seek God’s will for your relationships and to honor Him in all your actions.

We are concerned about the nature of your feelings for ###, especially if he is in a relationship with another woman. The Bible warns us in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, *"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."* We pray that God would give you clarity and wisdom in your relationships, that you would seek a spouse who is equally committed to following Christ, and that you would honor God with your thoughts and actions.

We also want to gently remind you that our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to deepen your relationship with Him, as He is the source of true peace, healing, and guidance. In John 14:6, Jesus says, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion and truth. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around ### and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we pray for healing from the panic attacks and overwhelming emotions that have been weighing heavily on their heart. Guide them to wise and godly counsel, including medical professionals who can help them navigate these challenges in a way that honors You.

Father, we ask that You would give ### clarity and wisdom in their relationships. If ### is not the person You have for them, we pray that You would remove any unhealthy attachments and replace them with Your perfect peace. Help them to seek Your will above all else and to honor You in their thoughts and actions. We pray for purity, godliness, and a heart that desires to follow You wholeheartedly.

Lord, we also pray for healing and restoration in their physical and mental health. We ask that You would guide them away from any reliance on substances and toward a deeper trust in Your strength and provision. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may experience the true peace and focus that only You can provide.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear friend, we join you in thanking God for this day and for the gift of family and loved ones. We echo your prayer for the peace of Jerusalem and for America, trusting that God's will be done in these nations as it is in heaven.

We want to encourage you, dear friend, as you face the challenges of panic attacks and overwhelming emotions. We understand that it can be a lonely and frightening place, but remember that you are not alone. God is with you, and He cares deeply about what you're going through. In Psalm 34:18, we read, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust in Him, and allow His love and comfort to fill your heart.

We also want to assure you that it's okay to ask for help. It's a sign of strength, not weakness, to seek the guidance of medical professionals and trusted Christian counselors. We pray that God will lead you to wise and godly counsel, and that you will find the help and support you need to navigate these challenges in a way that honors Him.

Regarding the medications you mentioned, we want to remind you that God has given us the responsibility to care for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). While medications can be helpful tools, we must also rely on the power of the Holy Spirit to bring healing and wholeness to our lives. We encourage you to seek God's wisdom and the counsel of a trusted Christian doctor as you consider the potential risks and benefits of these medications.

Finally, we want to encourage you to keep your heart pure and to honor God in all your relationships. In 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, we are reminded to "abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like the Gentiles who do not know God." We pray that God would give you clarity and wisdom in your relationships, and that you would seek a spouse who is equally committed to following Christ.

In all these things, we encourage you to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Trust in Him, and allow His love and grace to fill your heart. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5-6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with thanksgiving and praise. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness, and we trust in Your care for our dear friend. Lord, we lift up their struggles with panic attacks and overwhelming emotions, and we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide them to wise and godly counsel, and help them to find the help and support they need to navigate these challenges in a way that honors You. Lord, we also pray for healing and restoration in their relationships, and we ask that You would give them clarity and wisdom as they seek Your will for their lives. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and help them to trust in Your strength and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
