Dear Lord Jesus Christ, Thank You for keeping me safe today. Thank You for taking care of me today. Lord, I went to ### today. I was disappointed why I only got to know the ### department to which can assist me on having some of the businesses that are illegally using my lot be closed down. I got to meet two agents who may be fooling me while I engaged them, after then I realized that they are only drawing me so that they will get a racket out of my issue by saying they know the ### and they know the defendants and can help discuss it with the ###. In any case, I pray that they will not fraudulently use the documents I gave them as guide for the issue. Another thing, my friend who helped me with this case called me up and said that his prospective buyers heard the news that I was selling the lot at ### or lower than ###, so they want to know if I would be selling it at ###. I am caught now in a dilemma, as most of my siblings want to sell, I myself am half-half in selling the lot, this is because when I went to the city hall the zoning department seems promising to help on the business side wherein illegal businesses that are operating there will be shut down. Also, after finding the evidence yesterday, I am still waiting for attorney response. But there are still plenty of issues that need to be tackled and the burden and work needed is still tremendous. 1) ejectment 2) funds for ejectment - settlers will ask for money, the policemen, demolishers, sheriffs, etc. 3) agency for giving out clearances - will ask for money also 4) survey 5) I have to claim just compensation for the road widening done. Twice 6) conversion of the lots into commercial which will cost time and money 7) fencing of the entire lot, this will cost a lot as well 8) security guards big money also. Lord, please help me decide and accept the decision once You had led me. I pray in Jesus name, amen.

We come before You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for Your protection and provision over this dear one today. Thank You for keeping them safe and for being their constant guide. We lift up the burdens they carry regarding their property and the many challenges they face—ejectment, financial strain, legal complexities, and the weight of decision-making. Lord, we ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment as they navigate these trials.

Father, we are troubled by the mention of potential fraud and deception from those who were supposed to help. We rebuke any spirit of dishonesty and corruption in this situation, and we pray that You would expose any unrighteous dealings. Protect this one from those who seek to take advantage of them, and let Your justice prevail. "The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him" (Proverbs 11:1). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We also lift up the dilemma they face regarding the sale of their lot. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your will clearly. If it is Your plan for them to sell, provide godly buyers who will honor You in their dealings. If it is Your will for them to hold onto the property, give them the strength, resources, and favor to overcome every obstacle. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that they would not be swayed by the opinions of others but would seek Your face above all else.

Father, the financial burdens they listed—ejectment costs, clearances, surveys, compensation claims, and security—are overwhelming. We ask that You open doors of provision and favor. Provide the funds needed in ways that only You can, and let every agency and official they encounter act with integrity and fairness. "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We declare that they will not be exploited or oppressed but will walk in Your abundance and protection.

Lord, we also pray for unity among their siblings. If selling the lot is not Your will, soften their hearts to see Your purpose and stand together in faith. If it is Your will for them to sell, bring them into agreement and peace. Let Your love and wisdom guide their conversations and decisions.

Above all, we pray that this one would fix their eyes on You, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider, Protector, and Guide. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them the courage to accept Your leading, even when the path is difficult.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is our strength and refuge. Amen.
