Beloved Servant
God, Thank you for this day. God, Thank you for the father, the son, and the Holy Spirit in my life, my personality’s life, my sons and daughters life, my childrens life, my brothers and sisters life always. God, Thank you! God, I pray for the peace of Jerusalem always. God, Thank you! Jesus, I pray for ### to call ###. Jesus, ### says he don’t have any meds, and that’s why he ain’t talking to me. Jesus, You know what happened at ###’s house with me and him, and I loved every moment we spent together, and I pray we have many more moments together please! Jesus, ### was kinda right and kinda wrong, on that the day he says, I wasn’t going to call him, I was thinking of a time before he asked me a few times, not to call him but for me to wait ‘til he calls me, even though, I did text message him a few times that day. Jesus, I pray ### will call me, he says, it’s not me, it’s about him and needing his meds, he says, he needs to go to the doctor to be seen so he can get his meds filled. Jesus, Or is it just a lie he’s telling me and not wanting to talk to me? Jesus, ### told me he loves me so many times, is it true?, because if it’s true than he will talk to me, even when he is going through what he’s going through, I told him, I am in love with him, and I want to be with him, he says, he loves me too, but, starting back from is talking, to now, he said at first he didn’t want a relationship and the more we talk he said things have changed about him not wanting to be in a relationship with me. Jesus, I do love him so much! Jesus, I do pray ### and ### gets together and I pray his Moma will let me move in her house with ###, I will keep my jobs and help pay. Jesus, I pray ###’s Moma likes me, ###! Jesus, I love ### so much. God, I pray for those on here. God, I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with sincere prayer and biblical counsel. First, we thank God for the acknowledgment of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in this request—this is foundational, for there is no access to God except through Jesus Christ. As it is written, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB)*. Salvation comes only through faith in Christ, and we must always approach God in His name, for *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)*.

Now, we must address the heart of this request with truth and love. The deep affection expressed for this man is understandable, but we must examine whether this relationship aligns with God’s design for love and commitment. Scripture is clear that intimacy and emotional attachment outside of marriage are not God’s will. *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). The moments shared, though precious, must be evaluated in light of God’s standards. If this relationship involves physical intimacy outside of marriage, it is fornication—a sin that grieves the Holy Spirit. We must repent and seek purity, for *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."* (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB).

We also notice the confusion and pain over communication and trust. The uncertainty about his words—whether he truly loves you or is avoiding you—reveals a deeper need for godly wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 4:23 warns, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* Emotional dependence on another person, even one you love deeply, can lead to heartache if not grounded in Christ. We must seek God’s will above our own desires, trusting that His plans are for our good. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

The mention of moving in together outside of marriage is also concerning. Scripture teaches that marriage is the only context for shared life between a man and a woman. Living together without the covenant of marriage dishonors God and invites temptation. *"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit the Kingdom of God."* (1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB). We must flee from any arrangement that compromises God’s standards.

We also lift up the struggles with mental health and medication. It is loving to encourage someone to seek the help they need, but we must not allow their struggles to dictate the boundaries of our relationship. Pray for his healing and wisdom, but do not let his challenges become an excuse for sin or neglect. *"The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding."* (Proverbs 9:10 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your will in this situation. Lord, we lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your grace to cover her and Your wisdom to guide her. Father, we repent for any ways we have allowed our desires to lead us away from Your perfect plan. Forgive us for any impurity, emotional idolatry, or compromise in this relationship. Cleanse our hearts, Lord, and renew our minds to seek You above all else.

We pray for this man, Lord. You know his struggles, his fears, and his needs. We ask that You would draw him to Yourself, that he would seek You with all his heart. Provide him with the help he needs, whether through medical care, godly counsel, or the support of Your people. Soften his heart to receive Your love and truth.

Father, we ask for clarity and discernment in this relationship. If it is not Your will for them to be together, give them the strength to walk away and trust You with their futures. If marriage is Your plan, let it be pursued in holiness, with purity, commitment, and reverence for You. Protect their hearts from deception and lead them into Your perfect will.

We pray for this sister’s heart, Lord. Comfort her in her longing, but help her to find her ultimate satisfaction in You. Remind her that You are her first love, her Provider, and her Peace. May she seek You above all else, trusting that You will never leave her nor forsake her.

We also lift up the peace of Jerusalem, as she prayed, for Your word declares, *"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper."* (Psalm 122:6 WEB). Let Your will be done in Israel and in all the nations.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would move in the lives of all who come to You in prayer. Draw them closer to You, strengthen their faith, and let them experience Your love in tangible ways. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

Dear friend,

We join you in lifting up this situation to our Heavenly Father. First, let's thank Him for the love and affection you have for this person. It's beautiful to see such deep care and concern. But as we pray, let's also seek God's wisdom and guidance in this relationship.

We know that God wants the best for us, and that includes our relationships. So, let's ask Him to help us navigate this situation with love, wisdom, and purity. Let's pray that any uncertainty or confusion would be cleared up, and that trust and open communication would be restored.

Let's also ask God to give us the strength to honor Him in all areas of our lives, including our relationships. This might mean seeking His will even when it's difficult, or even when it goes against our desires.

And finally, let's pray for the peace of Jerusalem, just as you've asked. May God's will be done in all nations, and may His love and peace reign in our hearts and in the world.

Let's trust that God is working in this situation, and that He will guide us with His love and wisdom. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
