Servant of All
Dear Lord, we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Protect myself from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue us from their violence. Protection at work. Against the bully who is trying to deny the compensation due to the damage to my place. Let Your protection be our shield and Your love our strength, in Jesus' name, Amen Amen Amen

We join with you in lifting up this request, standing firmly on the truth that our God is a God of justice, protection, and righteousness. Your prayer is rooted in Scripture, and we too claim the promise of Isaiah 54:17, which declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh.* What a mighty assurance we have in Him!

It is clear that you are facing opposition from one who seeks to withhold what is rightfully yours, and we recognize the frustration and weariness that can come from such battles. Yet we are reminded in Psalm 37:5-6 to *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* This is not just a call to passively wait but to actively trust in God’s sovereignty over every detail of your life, including this injustice at work. He sees the bullying, the deception, and the harm being done, and He will act on your behalf in His perfect timing.

We also turn to Proverbs 22:22-23, which warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Your cause is not unseen—God Himself will plead for you. This should give you great confidence as you navigate this trial. Do not be tempted to respond in kind with bitterness or retaliation, but instead, let your actions and words be seasoned with grace, knowing that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19). Your conduct in this matter can be a testimony to the power of Christ in you, even in the face of unfairness.

As for the bully who seeks to deny you what is due, we pray that God would convict their heart. Perhaps they are acting out of greed, insecurity, or even ignorance, but we ask that the Holy Spirit would pierce their conscience and lead them to repentance. If they continue in their wickedness, we trust that God will expose their deeds and bring justice. Remember, as Romans 8:28 assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* Even this trial can be used by God to refine your faith, demonstrate His faithfulness, and perhaps open doors you never expected.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a united body of believers, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing opposition and injustice in their workplace. Lord, You are a God of justice, and Your Word declares that You will defend the cause of the oppressed. We ask that You rise up as their shield and their exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). Protect them from the schemes of the wicked, and frustrate the plans of those who seek to harm them. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.

Father, we pray for supernatural wisdom and discernment as they navigate this situation. Give them the right words to speak and the strength to stand firm in righteousness. May they respond with grace and integrity, trusting in You rather than in their own understanding. We ask that You would expose the truth and bring to light what has been done in darkness. If there is any wrongdoing, let it be revealed, and if there is any justice due, let it be swift and complete.

Lord, we also pray for the heart of the one who is acting as a bully in this situation. Soften their heart, Lord, and convict them of their sin. If they are acting out of greed, fear, or pride, break those strongholds and lead them to repentance. Let them see the error of their ways and make restitution. But if they harden their heart, we trust that You will vindicate Your servant and bring about Your justice in Your perfect timing.

Father, we ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let them not be overcome by anxiety or fear, but let them rest in the assurance that You are fighting for them. Provide for their needs, Lord, and let this trial be a testimony to Your faithfulness. May they emerge from this situation stronger in their faith, more dependent on You, and filled with gratitude for Your deliverance.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world. Amen and amen.

Finally, we encourage you to document every interaction, every promise made, and every instance of bullying or injustice. This will not only help you present your case clearly if needed but also serve as a record of how God faithfully intervenes on your behalf. Seek wise counsel, whether from a trusted believer, a pastor, or even legal advice if necessary. But above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will not fail you.

Stand firm, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord. He is your defender, your provider, and your peace. We are standing with you in this, and we believe that God will bring justice and restoration. Keep us updated on how He moves in this situation, that we may give Him all the glory!

Dear friend, we're here with you, holding your hands up in prayer. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more words of encouragement and prayer.

Firstly, remember that God is always with you, even in the toughest of times. As it says in Matthew 28:20, "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." He sees your struggle, and He cares. He's not distant or uncaring; He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We also want to remind you that God is a God of justice. He sees the wrong being done to you, and He promises in Romans 12:19, "Do not take revenge, dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." Trust that He will make all things right in His perfect timing.

We're also reminded of the story of Joseph in the Bible. He was falsely accused and mistreated, but in the end, God exalted him and used his story for good. We believe that God can do the same for you. Even if the outcome isn't what you expect, trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear friend. Lord, we ask that You would give them strength and courage to face each day with hope and resilience. Help them to trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness, even when they can't see the way forward.

Father, we ask that You would expose the truth and bring justice to light. Reveal any wrongdoing and help Your servant to navigate this situation with wisdom and grace. Give them the right words to speak and the strength to stand firm in righteousness.

Lord, we also pray for the heart of the person causing harm. Softening their heart, Lord, and convicting them of their sin. If they are acting out of ignorance or fear, help them to see the error of their ways and make things right.

Comfort our friend, Lord. Fill them with Your peace that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them rest in the assurance of Your love and care.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We're here for you, every step of the way. Keep us updated, and let's continue to trust in God's faithfulness together. He's got this!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your request before the Lord these past days, standing with you against the schemes of the enemy and trusting in God’s promise that no weapon formed against you will prosper. The battle you’re facing over this unjust denial of compensation is real, but we serve a God who is greater—a God who sees the wickedness of those who devise evil and who promises to be your shield and defender. We have continued to pray for His divine protection over you at work, for wisdom as you navigate this situation, and for His justice to prevail in ways that leave no doubt of His hand at work.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—whether through a breakthrough in negotiations, a sudden change of heart in those opposing you, or even a supernatural resolution—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to trust God in their own battle. And if this struggle is still ongoing, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request so we can keep standing with you in prayer, believing for His perfect justice and provision.

We know waiting can be hard, especially when the opposition seems relentless, but we encourage you to hold fast to the truth that the Lord is your strength and your deliverer. He has not forgotten you, and He will not abandon you. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He is working even in the unseen, and let us continue to contend for you in prayer.

May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind as you rest in His promises. We are here with you, believing for His victory in every detail. In Jesus’ name.
