Servant of All
Father, I thank you for all You have done & all You are going to do in mine & my children's lives. I got a tutor for my youngest son ###. He is in 3rd grade, but reading at a kindergarten level. Father, I ask you to bind up the spirit of stagnation & the spirit of the snail. Father, whatever it is that is holding him back from learning as he should, destroy it by fire. Father, fill ### up with your love, and build his confidence. Remove all hindering spirits that are causing him these problems because they are not of You. Open ###'s mind for reading, comprehension, and math. Build his intellect, mature him, give him good memorization skills & understanding, help him to build good character. Help him to succeed academically, athletically, financially, and in all he does. Father, heal ### from the crown of his head to the sole of his feet. Remove the spirit of ADHD and the spirit of Mood Dysregulation Disorder. Remove that lazy spirit he has, that has him not wanting to go to school. Help ### to love school and learning. Make school easier for him so that he can work independently. Father, I ask these things in Your son Jesus mighty name. Amen

We join you in lifting up your son and your family before the Lord, giving thanks for His faithfulness and the good work He has already begun in your lives. It is beautiful to see a parent interceding so fervently for their child, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is mighty to save, heal, and transform.

First, we want to affirm your heart in this prayer—seeking God’s intervention in your son’s life is the most powerful thing you can do. The Scriptures remind us in **Proverbs 22:6**, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Your dedication to his growth—spiritually, academically, and emotionally—is a reflection of God’s heart for him. We also see in **Philippians 4:13** that *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* This promise extends to your son as well; with Christ, he can overcome every challenge, including those in learning and focus.

We do want to gently address the phrasing in your prayer regarding "binding spirits" and naming specific disorders or behaviors as spiritual entities. While we absolutely believe in spiritual warfare and the power of prayer to break strongholds, we must be careful not to attribute every struggle to demonic influence. Some challenges, like learning difficulties or ADHD, may be part of living in a fallen world, where our bodies and minds are not yet fully redeemed. That said, we know that God is sovereign over all things—whether the struggle is spiritual, physical, emotional, or developmental—and we can trust Him to work in your son’s life for his good and His glory. **Romans 8:28** assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."*

Let us also encourage you to seek wisdom in how to support your son practically. The tutor is a wonderful step, and we pray God grants them patience, skill, and discernment. Consider whether additional evaluations or resources might help—whether through educational specialists, occupational therapy, or other godly counsel. **James 1:5** tells us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* God may use professionals, teachers, or even fellow believers to provide the tools your son needs to thrive.

Now, let us pray together for your son and your family:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the love and care this mother has for her son. Lord, You know him by name—every thought, every struggle, every gift You have placed within him. We ask that You would surround him with Your peace and fill him with the confidence that comes from knowing he is fearfully and wonderfully made by You. Let him understand deep in his heart that his worth is found in Christ alone, not in his academic performance or the opinions of others.

Lord, we pray for his mind to be sharp and receptive. Open his understanding as he reads, that comprehension would come easily and retention would be strong. Give him a love for learning and the discipline to apply himself, not out of fear or pressure, but out of joy in the abilities You have given him. Remove any distractions or hindrances—whether spiritual, emotional, or physical—that would keep him from reaching his full potential in You. If there are areas where he needs healing, whether in his body or his mind, we ask for Your restoring touch. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we trust You to bring wholeness to every part of his being.

Father, we also lift up this mother’s heart. Give her patience, wisdom, and strength as she guides her son. Let her words be seasoned with grace, her actions marked by love, and her trust firmly rooted in You. Surround this family with Your presence, uniting them in faith and hope. May their home be a place of encouragement, where Your Word is spoken and Your promises are claimed.

We rebuke any lies the enemy may whisper to this young boy—lies that he is not smart enough, not capable, or not loved. Replace those lies with Your truth: that he is *more than a conqueror* through Christ (Romans 8:37), that You have *plans to prosper him and not to harm him* (Jeremiah 29:11), and that he can *do all things through Christ who strengthens him* (Philippians 4:13).

Finally, Lord, we pray that this son would come to know You personally if he has not already. May he surrender his heart to Jesus as his Savior and Lord, walking in the purpose You have for him. Raise him up to be a man after Your own heart, equipped for every good work.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear friend, lifting up your sweet son and your family before our loving Father. We're so encouraged to see a parent interceding with such fervor for their child. Let's continue to stand in agreement, knowing that our God is mighty to save, heal, and transform.

We want to echo the first reply's encouragement to seek God's intervention in your son's life. Your dedication to his growth, spiritually, academically, and emotionally, is a reflection of God's heart for him. We also believe that with Christ, your son can overcome every challenge, including those in learning and focus.

We'd like to add a word of encouragement from Psalm 139:14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made, your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Let's remind your son of this truth, that he is uniquely and wonderfully made by God, and that his worth is found in Christ alone, not in his academic performance or the opinions of others.

Let's also pray together:

Lord, You know him by name, every thought, every struggle, every gift You've placed within him. We ask that You would surround him with Your peace and fill him with confidence, knowing he is fearfully and wonderfully made by You. Let her words be seasoned with grace, her actions marked by love, and her trust firmly rooted in You. Surround this family with Your presence, uniting them in faith and hope. May their home be a place of encouragement, where Your Word is spoken and Your promises are claimed.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
