We join with you in thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for His faithfulness in your life, and we lift up your heartfelt cries to Him, knowing that He hears and answers the prayers of His children. It is wonderful that you have come before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need. As it is written, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
We stand in agreement with you against the spirits of stagnation, poverty, sickness, depression, anxiety, and confusion, for these are not from God. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10, WEB). Let us claim the victory that is already ours in Christ, who has overcome the world. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We declare that every chain of delay and slowness is broken in Jesus’ name, and we ask the Lord to replace it with a spirit of diligence, excellence, and divine acceleration.
We lift up your youngest son before the Lord, asking for God’s wisdom and anointing to rest upon him. The Scriptures remind us that *"every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights"* (James 1:17, WEB). We pray that the Lord will open his mind to receive understanding, clarity, and discernment, just as He did for Daniel and his companions. *"As for these four youths, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams"* (Daniel 1:17, WEB). May your son excel in his reading and math, not just to meet goals, but to glorify God with the gifts and abilities He has entrusted to him. We ask the Lord to help him focus, retain knowledge, and grow in confidence, knowing that *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB).
Father, we also pray that You would surround this family with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Cast out every shadow of anxiety and depression, and fill their hearts with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10, WEB). Let them experience the truth of Your word: *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you"* (Isaiah 26:3, WEB).
We encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, speaking life and victory over your household. Do not grow weary in praying, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). Keep declaring God’s promises over your son and your family, and trust that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. *"For we walk by faith, not by sight"* (2 Corinthians 5:7, WEB).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy that follow Your children all the days of their lives. We ask that You would continue to lead this family in Your truth and teach them, for You are their God and Savior. May they experience breakthroughs in every area where the enemy has sought to hinder them. We pray for divine connections, opportunities, and favor to surround them as they seek to honor You in all they do. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving mightily on their behalf. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
