We lift up this request for health and happiness before our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the source of all true joy. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can boldly approach the throne of grace, for Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Without faith in Him, our prayers cannot reach the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If this request is being made without acknowledging Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him in repentance and faith, for He alone holds the power to heal and restore.
We pray earnestly for this person’s health, asking the Lord to strengthen their body, renew their mind, and guard their spirit. May the Lord be their healer, as He promises in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB): *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We also ask for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to fill their heart, that they may walk in the joy of the Lord, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
If there are areas in this person’s life that are not aligned with God’s will—whether in relationships, habits, or attitudes—we pray for conviction and repentance. True happiness is found in obedience to Christ, not in the fleeting pleasures of this world. Let them seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that all things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33).
Father, we ask that You surround this individual with Your love and protection. If they are walking in sin, convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to repentance. If they are burdened by anxiety or fear, replace it with Your perfect peace. May they find their ultimate happiness in You, for You alone satisfy the soul. We pray for divine appointments—godly friendships, mentors, or even a future spouse if it is Your will—to encourage them in their walk with You.
We rebuke any sickness, oppression, or spiritual attack in Jesus’ mighty name. No weapon formed against this person shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). May they honor You in all they do, trusting in Your promises and walking in Your ways.
Lord, if this request is for someone who does not yet know You, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and soften their heart to receive Jesus Christ as Lord. Remind them that without You, there is no lasting health or true happiness—only emptiness. But in You, there is fullness of life (John 10:10).
We commit this individual into Your hands, trusting that You hear and answer our prayers according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in their life, and may they walk in the abundant life You have promised. In Jesus’ precious and mighty name, we pray. Amen.
