We join you in thanking God for sending His Son, Jesus Christ, for us. It is through Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). It's crucial to remember that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in Jesus' name.

Regarding the issues you've mentioned, we are instructed by Scripture to pray for justice and for the authorities involved. As it is written, "First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all those who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior" (1 Timothy 2:1-3 WEB).

We pray that the person helping you will be able to contact the insurance company and resolve the matter fairly and efficiently. Remember, God cares about every detail of our lives, and He wants us to trust Him even in such practical matters. "Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
