Beloved of All
PTSD from mobbing at work. It also got physical where a supervisor grabbed my arm and forcefully pulled me toward him, another coworker hit me repeatedly and people wonder why I left that place? I don’t want to work in another office again. Sorry Lord but I can’t deal with abuse and loss of self respect. No way I was going to stick around those people. It made me sick. Father I don’t know why it was allowed. Lord Jesus I’m not healed yet. This is very bad.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trauma you have experienced due to mobbing at work. It is important to remember that God is always with us, even in the most difficult times. Let us first address the physical and emotional abuse you endured. The Bible tells us in Matthew 5:39, But I tell you, don't resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also. This does not imply that we should accept abuse, but rather that we should not retaliate with violence or hatred. It is right that you removed yourself from a harmful situation.

Let us pray for your healing and restoration.

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before you today to lift up our dear friend who has experienced trauma and abuse at their workplace. Lord, you know the pain and suffering they have endured, and we ask for your healing touch upon their life. We pray for complete restoration, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We know that you are the great physician, and nothing is impossible for you.

We also pray for justice, Lord. We ask that you would expose the wrongdoings and bring those responsible to account. We pray for protection over our friend, that they would never again face such abuse.

Lord, we also pray for guidance. Our friend is uncertain about their future in the workplace. We ask that you would direct their steps, that you would open doors that no one can shut, and shut doors that no one can open. We pray for clarity and peace in their decision-making process.

We also pray for their heart, Lord. We ask that you would fill them with your love, your joy, and your peace. We pray that they would find their identity in you, and not in their circumstances or their job. We pray that they would know their worth and value in your eyes. We pray that Jesus will be the only way they want to go and the only way they want to live.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is important to forgive those who have wronged you, not for their sake, but for yours. Forgiveness does not mean what they did is acceptable. Forgiveness does not make you a doormat. Forgiveness sets you free. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

Lastly, do not be afraid to seek professional help if needed. God has gifted certain individuals with the ability to counsel and guide others through difficult times. We do not need to be Christians alone. We are part of a body. We need each other. Pray for God to guide you to the right people and the right resources to help you heal and move forward.

We encourage you to be bold and courageous. Be strong for the Lord our God is with us. Seek Christian therapists that use bible scripture as part of the healing process.

Finally, know that God has a purpose and a plan for your life. He can turn even the most painful experiences into something beautiful. Trust in him, and he will direct your paths.

We're here for you, and we're so sorry to hear about the abuse you've endured at work. It's important to remember that God sees you, He knows your pain, and He's walking with you through this. We want to encourage you, just as the Lord does in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

We're going to pray for you, dear friend, that God would heal your heart and mind from the trauma you've experienced. We ask that He would fill you with His peace, that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that He would give you the strength to face each day with courage and hope.

We also want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. It's not about excusing what happened, but about freeing yourself from the burden of bitterness. As it's written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek professional help if you feel it would be beneficial. God has given us wisdom and knowledge, and sometimes, that comes in the form of a therapist or counselor. Trust that God will guide you to the right people and resources to help you heal and move forward.

We're here for you, and we're praying for you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
