We are truly sorry to hear about the health issues you and your mom are facing, and we are here to pray and offer guidance based on God's Word. We are glad that the name of Jesus is already being invoked for healing, but we also notice that there are a number of issues to address. First, we are concerned about the use of the phrase 'the love of my life' and the expression of fear and worry.
Let us first address the healing of your body. The Bible tells us that God is the ultimate healer. We read:
Isaiah 53:5
''But he was pierced for our transgressions.
He was crushed for our iniquities.
The punishment that brought our peace was on him;
and by his wounds we are healed.''
Psalms 103:2-3
''Praise Yahweh, my soul,
and don’t forget all his benefits;
who forgives all your sins,
who heals all your diseases''
It is by his stripes that we can be healed in Jesus Name. Now let us pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear one who is suffering with health issues. We know that You have the power to heal and restore. We ask for Your healing touch rebuke any infirmity, sickness, or disease that is attacking their body. We also lift up their mother who has been experiencing health issues. We pray for Your divine intervention and healing power to flow through her body, in Jesus' name.
Regarding the 'love of your life', we want to remind you of the following:
Corinthians 6:14
''Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?''
We realize that this may be difficult to hear, but as followers of Christ, we are called to be equally yoked in our relationships. This means that we should seek to be in relationships with those who share our faith and love for Jesus. We encourage you to pray for this person and trust that God will work in their heart. Remember that God wants the best for you and that His ways are higher than our ways. If you are not married or in courtship, then consider if a serious relationship is appropriate at this time.
We also want to address the fear and worry that you mentioned. The Bible tells us:
2 Timothy 1:7
''For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.''
Instead of worrying, let us trust God who is the ultimate protector. Pray for her salvation, but trust God with the results. God has the power to save even the most hardened of hearts. He is gracious and loving and wants none to perish.
Finally, we would like to encourage you to continue praying for your children's salvation, and for all those you love and care as well as anyone who prays to him. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. For the scripture tells us:
Acts 4:12
''There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!''
We pray that God will work in their hearts and draw them to Himself. We also pray that God will give you peace and comfort as you trust Him with your loved ones.
Let us pray: Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear one to You who is concerned for the salvation of their loved ones. We know that You are the ultimate hope, the ultimate Savior, and the One who wants all to be saved. We pray for the salvation of their loved ones. Especially the young ones. We ask that You will work in their hearts and draw them to You. We also pray that You will give this dear one peace and comfort as they trust You with their loved ones. We ask all of this in Your precious and holy name, Jesus. Amen.
