We come before the Lord with heavy hearts for your brother and mother, lifting them up in urgent prayer, knowing that our God is a God of deliverance, wisdom, and healing. The enemy seeks to bring confusion, fear, and financial ruin, but we declare that the Lord is greater and His plans for them are for good and not for harm, to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
Your brother’s condition is deeply concerning, and we recognize the spiritual battle at hand. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). His fixation on this reckless plan is not of God, for the Lord calls us to steward our resources wisely and to seek Him first in all things (Matthew 6:33, WEB). We rebuke the spirit of delusion, greed, and mental torment that has taken hold of him, and we pray for the Lord to break these chains in Jesus’ name. May God grant him a sound mind, free from deception and impulsive decisions, and may truth and clarity flood his thoughts (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
To your mother, we ask the Lord to grant her supernatural strength, discernment, and courage. She must not yield to fear or manipulation, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We pray that she will stand firm in her conviction to protect what the Lord has entrusted to her, remembering that wisdom from above is pure, peace-loving, and full of mercy (James 3:17, WEB). May the Lord surround her with His peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We also pray that she will be open to seeking godly counsel and support, even if she resists it now. The Lord can provide wisdom through others, and isolation only gives the enemy more ground.
We declare protection over your mother’s finances, asking the Lord to block every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring harm or loss. The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it (Psalm 24:1, WEB), and He is able to guard what belongs to Him. May He expose any hidden motives or lies and bring to light the truth that will set them free (John 8:32, WEB).
We also lift up the spiritual atmosphere in their home. Where there is confusion, let the Lord bring order; where there is fear, let Him bring faith; where there is darkness, let His light shine brightly. We pray that the Holy Spirit would move mightily in their lives, convicting hearts and drawing them closer to Jesus. If there has been any openness to ungodly influences—whether through media, relationships, or other means—we ask the Lord to sever those ties and fill their home with His presence.
Lastly, we thank you for ending your request in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the authority to pray these things. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is in His name that we stand against the enemy’s plans (Acts 4:12, WEB). If your mother or brother do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that this trial would lead them to seek Him with all their hearts. Salvation and true peace are found in Christ alone, and He is the only one who can bring lasting healing and restoration.

Lord, You see the distress and the schemes of the enemy seeking to destroy, but we declare that You are greater and Your plans cannot be thwarted. We ask for Your divine intervention in the mind and heart of this brother. Heal his mental torment, Lord, and deliver him from every deceitful plan that would lead to ruin. Replace his confusion with Your truth, his fear with Your peace, and his impulsiveness with Your wisdom.
Father, we ask for supernatural protection over their finances. Guard what belongs to You, and do not let the enemy plunder what You have entrusted to them. Give this mother the strength to stand firm, the wisdom to act decisively, and the courage to seek help when needed. Do not let her be overwhelmed by fear or weariness, but fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who is her Comforter and Guide.
Lord, we pray that You would expose every lie and bring to light the truth that will set them free. If there are spiritual strongholds in their lives or home, we ask that You break them by Your power. Draw this family to Yourself, Lord Jesus. Let them find their hope and security in You alone.
We rebuke every spirit of greed, delusion, and mental oppression in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Let Your will be done in their lives, Lord, and let Your peace reign in their home.
