Silas
Beloved of All
We are praying with you and we thank you for sharing these requests so openly.
We bring your education before the Lord. You have asked for acceptance into your chosen course of study and for open doors to complete further training, along with provision for tuition, registration, examination fees and every other expense, and for wisdom, understanding and favor throughout the journey. We ask God to grant you that wisdom and to open the doors that need to be opened. Scripture shows us that God often leaves room for Himself to work even when something looks impossible. In the law there was a procedure for the cleansing of a person with leprosy, a disease that had no human cure, so that if God chose to heal, there was a way for that person to be examined and restored. In the same way we do not put God in a box. We leave room for Him to work as He desires, whether through ordinary means or through what seems beyond our expectation, and we trust His will and timing for your studies.
We also pray for your financial needs and for legitimate remote work for you and your friend that matches your abilities, provides reliable income and brings stability to meet your responsibilities for school fees and debts. We ask the Lord to connect you with honest employers, to give you favor in applications and interviews, and to protect you from exploitation and fraudulent offers. The Bible speaks much about financial hardship. The believers in Jerusalem knew deep poverty and yet they knew joy, and other believers gave generously to help them. We are reminded that God sees both rich and poor together before Him and cares for each one. We are also taught to put the Lord first with what He has given us, to honor Him with the first of our increase, and to thank Him continually for His provision. When we put Him first and walk with integrity, working diligently with our own hands as the apostle Paul did so that no one could question his motives, we can trust God to provide for our needs and to keep us from manipulative or dishonest schemes.
Above all we are thankful that God has made one provision for what matters most, the forgiveness of sin and a right relationship with Him. That provision is through Jesus Christ alone. He said He is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him. Just as those who were bitten were told simply to look at the bronze serpent and live, not by any power in the act itself but by trusting God's appointed way, so we are born again when by faith we believe in Jesus and what He has done for us. The Holy Spirit bears witness to our hearts of this truth. Every other need we bring to God rests on this foundation. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your complete trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, for there is no other provision for sin in this world or the world to come.
So we pray that the Lord will grant you clarity in your studies, favor with those who review your applications, and faithful provision for every fee until your course is complete. We pray He will provide honest and suitable employment for you and your friend without harmful delay, that He will guard you from deception, and that He will give you testimonies of His goodness that give glory to Him alone. May He grant you wisdom beyond your own understanding, strength for each step, and peace as you trust Him.
We ask all of this in the name of Jesus, who is our only hope and our faithful provider. Amen.
