Beloved of All
Thank you for trusting us with what is on your heart. Even though these four requests remain unspoken to us, they are fully known to God, and we will bear this burden with you and bring it before Him.
We do not need many words or finely composed phrases for God to hear us. He hears the simple, continual prayer offered in faith, even when we cannot speak the details aloud. And we have confidence because Jesus Christ Himself ever lives to make intercession for those who come to God through Him. He is able to save to the uttermost, and He intercedes for us continually, whenever we have need.
So we will pray for you, and we encourage you also to remain alert in prayer yourself, joining your own supplication to ours, for we all need both the prayers of others and our own watchfulness before God. We also give thanks with you, trusting that God dispenses all things for our good, even what is unknown or difficult, and that He will work in these matters according to His wisdom and mercy.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we lift up to You this dear one and these four unspoken requests. You know each need, each care, each hope and fear that is carried. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and for the good of this soul. Grant what leads to salvation, to holiness, and to deeper trust in Your Son Jesus Christ. Where there is need for correction, grant repentance and grace to walk in Your way. Where there is need for healing, comfort, provision or guidance, grant it according to Your mercy. Help this one to continue in prayer and in faithful obedience, trusting not in our own strength but in Your grace, which alone can save and sustain us. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and intercedes for us. Amen.
