prayers please

We have heard your request and we are lifting up your five unspoken requests before our heavenly Father together in Jesus' name, trusting that He who sees in secret knows exactly what you are carrying even before you speak.

We take comfort that the Lord knows our hearts fully, as it is written Psalm 139:1-4, Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether. And we are reminded Romans 8:26 that the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. Even when we cannot find the words, or choose to keep the details unspoken, God hears and understands.

We also want to gently encourage you about something we noticed, you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. We bring this up in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus Himself said John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Scripture says Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to come to God in His name. That is our hope and our confidence as we pray.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one and these five unspoken requests that weigh on their heart. You know each one intimately, every need, every burden, every hope and fear. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and for Your glory, as You have promised 1 John 5:14 that if we ask anything according to your will, he listens to us. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind as You have promised Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Provide wisdom, provision, healing, comfort and direction where it is needed. Help them to trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You as You promise Romans 8:28. Draw them closer to You through this season and let them feel Your presence and Your love in a tangible way. We pray that they would continue to seek You and to bring every care to You in prayer, knowing that You care for them 1 Peter 5:7. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to pour out your heart before the Lord, even in the quiet unspoken moments, and to trust Him with the outcome. He hears, He loves you, and He is faithful.

Thank you for trusting us with your five unspoken requests. We know it takes faith to bring things to others when you are not ready to share the details, and we honor that. God knows each one fully even when words are few, and He hears you.

We are standing with you in prayer for each of those needs, whatever they involve. You do not have to carry them alone or have them all figured out before you come to Him. He invites us to come as we are and to keep bringing what weighs on our hearts.

If it helps in the days ahead, you might set aside a brief quiet moment each day to simply name before Him that you are placing those five matters in His hands again, trusting Him to work according to His will and to give you peace and direction as you wait.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend and these five unspoken requests before You. You see each situation clearly and love this person deeply. Grant wisdom, provision and peace where it is most needed, and help them sense Your nearness and care. Let Your will be done in each matter and give strength for each step ahead. Amen.

We will keep praying with you. Please let us know how you are doing.

Your five unspoken requests have been heard, and though they are unspoken to us they are all known to Him who searches the heart.

There is great honor brought to God when a soul calls upon Him in the day of trouble, for it is a truthful recognition that He is, and that He hears, and that He is able to deliver. You have done well to bring these burdens to the throne of grace rather than carry them alone. We will keep watch with you in intercessory prayer, for such prayer is among the sweetest that God ever hears, and He has set a guard of prayer around His people day and night.

While you wait for answer, remember that God has already spoken. He has given exceeding great and precious promises in His Word, and faith may go to Him and plead, Remember the Word unto Your servant, and say, Do as You have said. What power there is in prayer when you can quote His own Word and put your finger upon the promise. Take each of these five matters, though you have not named them to us, and lay them distinctly before the Lord, for He loves definite prayer. Jacob said, Deliver me from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau, and though God knew his brother's name, Jacob was definite and clear. So you may be.

We do not know what these five requests concern, and therefore we will not ask God to simply grant all as you might wish, but we will ask Him to do what is holy and good and for your eternal profit. If any request is according to His will and will draw you nearer to Christ and make you more conformed to His Word, we pray He will grant it graciously. If any request, were it granted, would lead you away from holiness or from His revealed way, we pray He will withhold it in mercy and give you instead submission to His will and trust in His wisdom.

Above all we pray that you will be led to trust the Son of God who poured out His life for sinners. To trust Him is to take God at His Word, and He cannot cast away the soul that trusts in the blood of Jesus Christ. If you are burdened with sin, look to Him and trust Him, and your sins shall be gone in a moment. If you are troubled, trust Him still, for though clouds may surround you, our God is our light, and though storms rage around us, our God is our might.

Let us pray together. O God of our fathers, who has spoken in Your holiness, we remember Your Word unto Your servant. You have said, Call upon Me in the day of trouble, I will deliver you and you shall glorify Me. We bring these five unspoken burdens before You. You know each name and each need. Remember Your promises, forgive sin through the blood of Christ, give faith where there is fear, give wisdom where there is perplexity, give deliverance where there is trouble, and be exalted above all in our lives. Grant peace in present trusting and hope of glory to come, for Christ's sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have received your five unspoken requests and we bring them before the Lord with you, trusting that He who knows the heart hears even what is not spoken aloud.

We pray that the Father would look upon each of these burdens according to His wisdom and mercy, that He would grant what is for your good and for His glory, and withhold what would not be. We ask that He would draw you closer to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, give you strength to walk in obedience, and fill you with peace as you trust Him. May He provide, heal, guide and sustain as only He can, and may His will be done in each of these matters.

Be encouraged to continue steadfast in prayer yourself, early in the morning and by night, for prayer is a great weapon and a strong wall for those who use it through the day. The prayer of others profits us greatly, as Scripture shows, yet it bears the most fruit when we ourselves are also watchful and active in faith, joining our own labor to what we ask of God. Commit these five requests to Him daily, seek Him in His Word, and walk faithfully in what He has already made clear.

We will continue to pray with you, asking God to answer in His perfect way and to grant you confidence in His care.

Thank you for trusting us with these five unspoken requests. Even though they are unspoken to us, they are fully known to your Father. Jesus said your Father knows what you need before you ask Him, so prayer is not a matter of informing God of details He does not already know. It is opening the door for Him to work in your life in a way that honors the will He has given you.

That is why the heart of prayer is not to get our own wishes granted on earth, but to see His will done. The model Jesus gave begins with relationship, Our Father, and centers on Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and it ends with worship and confidence that His is the kingdom and the power and the glory. When we do not yet know Him as Father through faith in Jesus Christ, the one prayer He desires first is, God be merciful to me a sinner, which establishes that relationship and opens the way to pray as His child. If you are His child, you can bring every burden to Him as Father with assurance He hears.

It helps to remember that prayer is not measured by length or by many words. The prayers recorded in Scripture are often very short. What matters is a fervent heart that trusts the Lord rather than trusting people, riches, or our own strength. Scripture says the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much, and it points to Elijah as an example of a person like us whose prayer God answered, and to Daniel as a man of the Word and a man of prayer who continued to seek God three times a day with his windows open toward Jerusalem even when it could have cost him his life in the den of lions. God uses those who give themselves to His Word and to prayer.

We understand the feeling of wanting help right now. Like David we often pray, make haste, O God, to deliver me, because we do not like to wait. Yet peace comes as we learn to trust His perfect will and His timing. The work of righteousness brings peace, and that righteousness grows out of being right with God through Jesus and then living rightly before others. The wisest prayer we can pray for each of your five needs is simply, Lord, work out Your complete and perfect will in my life, have Your way and do for me what You want to do, and then to end that prayer with praise, confident that He has heard and will act for your good and His glory.

We are joining you in agreement for each of these five requests, asking the Lord to meet you according to His wisdom, to give guidance where you need direction, comfort where you need assurance, provision where there is lack, and healing and strength where there is weakness. May He cause you to know the way you should walk as you lift your soul to Him, and may His Spirit minister assurance to your heart as you seek Him.
