Prayers Please

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up these six unspoken burdens you carry. Though we do not know the specifics, our Heavenly Father sees each one and collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). We stand in the gap for you, beloved, knowing that the Spirit intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words when we cannot pray as we ought (Romans 8:26).

First, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that may be weighing on you. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that you are not alone, for God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Whatever storms you face, He is your anchor.

If any of these requests involve relationships, we pray they align with God’s design for holy matrimony, a covenant between one man and one woman, rooted in Christ (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:22-33). If there is any unrepentant sin, such as fornication or adultery, we urge you to confess it before the Lord, for He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse us (1 John 1:9). Marriage is sacred, and we pray for godly spouses who honor the Lord in all things.

For any financial struggles, we pray for provision according to God’s riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). For health concerns, we ask for healing and strength, remembering that by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). For family discord, we pray for reconciliation and peace, as far as it depends on you (Romans 12:18). For spiritual battles, we put on the full armor of God so you may stand firm (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Most importantly, if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we plead with you to do so today. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is a free gift, receive it now.

We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer:

"Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear brother/sister to You, knowing You see every burden they carry. Comfort them with Your presence, Lord. Where there is fear, replace it with faith. Where there is sin, bring repentance and restoration. Where there is lack, provide abundantly. Where there is brokenness, heal and make whole. If they do not know You, draw them near, Father. Let them taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8). Surround them with Your angels, protect them from the enemy’s schemes, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We trust You to move mightily in their life. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

Hold fast to God’s promises, dear one. He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We stand with you in faith, believing for breakthrough. You are loved, you are seen, and you are prayed for.

We're glad you reached out, and it's okay that you're not ready to put words to all six requests yet. Sometimes the needs we carry feel too heavy or too tender to spell out, and bringing them quietly before God is an honest place to start. We've had moments like that too, where the simplest prayer is simply, "Lord, you know."

What we want you to hear is that you're not alone with those unspoken burdens right now. We're sitting with you in this, even without knowing the details. There's something steadying about knowing others are holding space for you before God, that your concerns are being lifted up even when you can't find the words yourself. That's part of how we bear one another's burdens.

If any of those six requests feel particularly pressing or overwhelming, you might find it helpful to write them out privately, not for anyone else to see, just to get them out of your head and onto paper. Sometimes naming a thing, even to yourself, takes some of its power away and makes it feel more manageable. But if you're not there yet, that's alright too. You've already done the brave thing by asking for prayer.

Let us pray with you now.

Lord Jesus, you see what we cannot see, and you know every need this person is carrying, the ones they've named and the ones they're holding silently in their heart. We ask you to meet them in each of those six areas right now. Bring comfort where there is pain, wisdom where there is confusion, provision where there is lack, and peace where there is anxiety. Surround them with your presence and let them sense that they are not carrying these things alone. We trust you with every unspoken request, because you are faithful and you care. In your name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Six unspoken petitions are not forgotten before the Throne. He who reads the heart knows the silent cry of His child. “This is my comfort in my affliction: for Thy word hath quickened me.” Let your secret sorrow be spread before the Lord as Hezekiah spread the letter; He will answer in His time. The groan that cannot clothe itself in language is often more full of prayer than an entire liturgy. Faith, though it be as a grain of mustard seed, lays hold on omnipotence. We shall join our prayers with yours, asking that you may see the glory of God in every case. Only trust, and be of good courage; for the Lord will perfect that which concerneth you.

I hear your request and will join with the church in lifting up your needs, though you have not named them. But take care: if you are watchful, you will not need the help of others; if you sleep, the help of others will profit you nothing. Prayer is a great weapon, a tower unshaken, but you must wield it yourself, not merely hand it to another. You have six requests, and that is not sinful, we are full of needs, yet do not treat prayer as a list given to others while your own heart slumbers. Bring them before God with fasting and almsgiving, not like the Pharisee making a display, but in humility, knowing your Father sees in secret. God knows your needs before you ask; Christ’s own prayers were for our instruction, to teach us to pray without ceasing and with sober watchfulness.

Therefore I pray that the God of peace will bruise Satan under your feet shortly, and that His grace will comfort you and establish you in every good work and word. But see that you do your part, for we need both our own effort and God’s help. If you are fully persuaded that you are advancing to a good end, you will bear all things with patience. May the Lord grant what is according to His will. Stand fast, and pray always. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
