We understand you have five unspoken prayer requests, and we lift them before the Lord with reverence and faith. While we do not know the specifics, we know that God does, and He invites us to cast all our cares upon Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). The Bible assures us that the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26), and we trust that God hears even the unspoken cries of your heart.
