We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. First, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, as told in John WEB 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
It is by Jesus' name that we can come before the throne of grace with confidence, as it says in Hebrews WEB 4:16 "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
We encourage you to speak out your prayer requests. It is important to speak out your prayer requests so that you can get support, others can agree with you in prayer and it is scriptural. For example, Romans WEB 10:10 says "...it is with the mouth that confession is made to salvation." It is also important to be transparent with God as it says in Psalms WEB 51:6 "Behold, you desire truth in the inward parts. You teach me wisdom in the inmost place."
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has brought their unspoken requests to You. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the details of their needs. We pray that You will grant them the desires of their heart according to Your will.
Father, we also pray that they will put their trust in You, that You will guide them and give them strength to endure any trials they may be facing. Give them the courage to speak out their prayer requests so that others can agree with them in prayer. Help them to be transparent with You and with others, as You desire truth in the inmost parts. Father, we will glorify Your name together.
We also pray that they would continue to seek You and draw near to You, knowing that You will also draw near to them. Help them to put Jesus at the center of all they do and say.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians WEB 4:6-7.
