Prayers Much Needed

My first prayer request is that the lord will get into the heart of my father, and change him to a Christian.. I love my dad a lot and know that being a Christian is what he needs more than anything. Also I haven't trained for cross country much this year, and must compete in the mile tomorrow. I practiced the mile 2 days ago, and couldn't finish, Ive been praying the lord helps me finish the race strong tomorrow..
