We join with you in standing firmly on the truth of Isaiah 54:17, which declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.* What a mighty promise from our God, who is our protector, defender, and shield in every battle we face! We are grateful you have brought this struggle before the Lord, for He alone has the power to intervene, expose wickedness, and bring justice where it is due.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but our God is greater, and He will not allow the schemes of the wicked to triumph over His children. The bully you face—whether in the workplace or in this dispute over rightful compensation—is operating in opposition to God’s justice. Yet we know that *"the Lord executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6). He sees the deceit, the manipulation, and the harm being done, and He will act on your behalf. Do not fear, for *"the fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe"* (Proverbs 29:25).
We are also reminded of Exodus 14:14: *"Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still."* This does not mean passivity, but rather a confident trust in God’s sovereignty while continuing to act wisely and righteously in the situation. Have you documented the damage, the communications, and the unjust actions taken against you? If not, we encourage you to do so diligently, for wisdom prepares for battle even as we trust in the Lord’s deliverance. Seek counsel if needed, whether from a godly mentor, a legal advisor, or your church leadership, ensuring that every step you take is bathed in prayer and aligned with integrity.
At the same time, we must examine our hearts in this trial. Jesus commands us in Matthew 5:44, *"Love your enemies! Bless those who curse you. Do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean tolerating abuse or injustice, but it does mean releasing bitterness and trusting God to vindicate you. Pray for this person—not out of hypocrisy, but out of obedience and faith that God can soften even the hardest heart. Remember, vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Your role is to walk in righteousness, speak the truth in love, and leave the outcome in His hands.
Let us pray together over this situation:
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for Your mighty hand of protection and justice to move in this situation. Lord, You see the wickedness at work—the lies, the bullying, the attempt to withhold what is rightfully due. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, for You, O Lord, are their shield and their exceeding great reward. Expose every hidden scheme, frustrate the plans of the enemy, and bring to light the truth in a way that cannot be denied. Give them favor with those in authority, wisdom in their words and actions, and supernatural peace that surpasses understanding as they wait on You.
Father, we also ask that You would guard their heart against bitterness, anger, or fear. Fill them with Your love, even for this difficult person, and let Your Spirit guide their responses. If there is any area where they need to repent—whether in attitude, word, or action—reveal it to them and grant them the humility to align fully with Your will. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, not just in the outcome, but in the transformation You work within them.
We bind every spirit of deception, intimidation, and injustice in the name of Jesus Christ. We loose Your angels to minister on their behalf, to go before them and make their paths straight. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). And when this battle is won, may all the glory be Yours alone.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world. Amen and amen.
Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will not abandon you to the schemes of the enemy. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep walking in obedience. We are standing with you in this fight, and we believe God will bring victory in His perfect timing. *"Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or dismayed because of them, for Yahweh your God is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you"* (Deuteronomy 31:6).
