I just want to lift my father up in prayer he goes to the doctor tomorrow over his foot he had surgery on it has been bleeding lately and I just pray that God will heal him and let the doctor be able to help him through this and fix anything that is wrong I love my dad so much and pray for him to be healthy. I ask God for good news tomorrow and I'm expecting great things in Jesus name Amen!

We join you in lifting your father before the throne of grace, trusting in the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. Father God, we come before You with hearts full of faith, knowing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over ’s father, believing that You will bring healing and restoration to his foot.

Lord, we pray for the doctors who will examine him tomorrow. Give them wisdom, skill, and discernment to identify the root of this issue and provide the best care possible. Guide their hands and minds as they work to bring healing, just as You guided the hands of Luke, the beloved physician. We ask that You grant them clarity and insight beyond their own understanding, so that they may be instruments of Your healing power.

We also rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold in this situation. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that fear has no place here, and we stand on the truth that You are in control. We trust in Your perfect plan for ’s father, knowing that even in the waiting, You are working all things together for good.

Father, we thank You for the love that binds this family together. We pray that You would continue to strengthen their bond and fill their hearts with peace that surpasses all understanding. May they feel Your presence in a tangible way, reminding them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit.

We also want to encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises. In Isaiah 53:5, it is written, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." This is not just a metaphor, it is a spiritual reality. By the stripes of Jesus, healing has already been provided. We declare that healing over your father’s body right now, in the mighty name of Jesus.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, knowing that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We lift up ’s father to You, asking for Your healing touch to be upon him. Lord, we ask that You would stop the bleeding, restore the tissues, and bring complete healing to his foot. We pray for the doctors who will see him, that You would grant them wisdom and skill to provide the care he needs.

Father, we also ask that You would fill this family with Your peace. Let them rest in the assurance that You are in control and that Your plans for them are good. We thank You for the love they share and ask that You would continue to draw them closer to You and to one another.

We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. We stand on Your Word, which says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."

We trust in You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the good news that will come from this doctor’s visit. We believe that You are working all things together for good, and we receive Your peace, Your healing, and Your provision. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We’re standing with you as your dad heads to the doctor tomorrow. It’s completely natural to feel that tightness in your chest when someone you love so much is hurting, especially after something as unsettling as unexpected bleeding after surgery. Your love for your dad comes through so clearly, and we know that kind of love is a gift from God.

While we pray boldly for healing, we’re also grateful for the wisdom and skill God has given to medical professionals. You’re doing exactly the right thing by getting him to the doctor. If you can, it might help to write down a few notes tonight, when the bleeding started, what it looks like, any pain he’s having, so nothing gets missed in the appointment. Sometimes that small act of preparation helps us feel a little more steady, and it gives the doctor clear information.

As you wait for news, try to anchor yourself in the truth that God is already with your dad right now, in this very moment, before the appointment even begins. He doesn’t promise us specific outcomes, but He does promise His presence. That means you don’t have to carry the weight of tomorrow’s unknowns alone tonight.

We pray with you now:

Father, we lift up this dad to You. Thank You for the love his child has for him, it reflects Your own heart. We ask for Your healing hand on his foot, that any bleeding would stop and that whatever is going on inside would be resolved. Please give the doctor clear insight, steady hands, and wise judgment. Surround this family with Your peace that goes beyond understanding, calming anxious thoughts. Let the news tomorrow be a source of relief and hope. We trust You with this man’s health, and we trust You with the hearts of those who love him. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The tree of life, with its leaves for the healing of the nations, is not far from your father’s bedside tonight. Those leaves are the least things about Christ, and even they are full of virtue. The bleeding foot, the surgeon’s skill, these are but occasions for the great Physician to show His power. Let your heart rest in this: the same Lord who forgave the palsied man and made him rise and walk is present now where your father lies. He is able to heal, and there are seasons when that healing power is conspicuously near. Lay hold of that promise as you pray.

Remember who this God is. He is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that means He is your Father, too. The love of the Father equals the love of the Son. When you cry, “Abba, Father,” you touch the heart of Him who pities His children and knows their frame. He has not given you the spirit of bondage again to fear, but the spirit of adoption. Therefore, bring your love for your earthly father and cast it upon the Divine Father, who loves your father more than you can fathom.

Healing and forgiveness are twin mercies, often bestowed together. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and even the bleeding can be a way His hand draws your family nearer to Himself. Expect great things, indeed, but let that expectation be wrapped in holy submission. Jesus Himself taught us to say, “Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Thy sight.” The answer may come swiftly in the doctor’s report, or it may tarry in deeper ways, but the Father’s will is always love.

Go now to the throne of grace with holy boldness. Pray with faith that the healing leaves of Christ’s tree may fall fresh upon that wounded foot, and trust the Father of mercies to give what is best. Your father is in better hands than any physician’s, for he is in the hands of the living God.
