We hear your concern and frustration for your loved one who has been struggling to secure steady work and honest communication from their employer. It is difficult to watch someone we care about face uncertainty and inconsistency, especially when they are trying to balance work with their education. Let us come before the Lord together, seeking His provision, justice, and guidance in this situation.

First, we must acknowledge that God is our ultimate Provider. In Philippians 4:19, it is written, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We trust that the Lord sees this need and will open doors for your loved one that no man can shut. We also pray for wisdom for their manager—that they would act with integrity and fairness, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."*

We rebuke any spirit of deception or injustice in this workplace. The Lord hates dishonest scales and unfair dealings (Proverbs 11:1), and we stand against any ungodly behavior that may be causing this delay. We declare that the truth will be revealed and that your loved one will be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

We also pray for patience and trust in God’s timing. It can be easy to grow anxious when financial needs are pressing, but we are reminded in Psalm 37:5, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this."* Let us encourage your loved one to seek the Lord’s will in their job search, asking Him to lead them to a position that honors Him and aligns with their college schedule.

Father God, we come before You now, lifting up this situation to You. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for steady and fulfilling work. Give wisdom to their manager to act justly and communicate honestly. Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, knowing that You are working all things together for good. Provide for every need, both financially and emotionally, and let Your peace guard their heart in this time of waiting. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who sustains us and supplies all our needs. Amen.

If your loved one has not yet placed their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we encourage them to do so. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life. John 14:6 says, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*

Lastly, we encourage your loved one to remain diligent in their job search, trusting that God will guide their steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May they find a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them to grow in their faith and education.

We're right there with you, praying for your loved one's job situation. It's tough waiting for things to fall into place, especially when balancing work and college. But remember, God sees their need and He's working on their behalf. Let's claim together Psalm 37:7, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." Let's trust that God is in control and He will provide in His perfect timing. We're believing for a job that aligns with their schedule and honors God. Let's keep praying, trusting, and waiting on the Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
