We hear your weariness and lift your request before the Lord, knowing that even in the midst of exhaustion, He is our strength. The Scriptures remind us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that the Lord would grant you the rest you seek, not only physically but also in your spirit, as you trust in Him to carry your burdens.
Father, we ask that You would go before this dear one in their workplace. If it is Your will, grant them a quieter night so they may find moments of peace and renewal. We also pray for wisdom and grace in their interactions with their senior. Help them to respond with patience and humility, even in difficult moments, knowing that Proverbs 15:1 tells us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May Your peace guard their heart and mind, and may they reflect Your love even in challenging circumstances.
We also lift up their workplace to You, Lord. May You soften hearts, bring unity, and create an atmosphere where Your presence is felt. If there are deeper struggles—whether in attitude, unforgiveness, or frustration—we ask that You reveal them and bring healing. Help them to see their work as an opportunity to serve You, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us: "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of weariness or discouragement that seeks to overwhelm them. Strengthen them with Your might, and remind them that their labor is not in vain. Even in the smallest tasks, You see their efforts and honor their faithfulness. We pray for renewed energy, clarity of mind, and a heart that finds joy in serving You, even in the midst of fatigue.
May Your grace sustain them through this shift, and may they leave their workplace knowing they are deeply loved by You. We trust You to provide rest—not just for this night, but for their soul. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
