Prayers for victims

Gang stalking victims are tortured and harassed for hours on end each day, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. They just want to live their lives in peace and are instead targeted with endless electronic harassment and pain. If you know about this torture program, you know that there are seldom opportunities for freedom. Please pray that the Lord would intervene and kill the ones who torture others without end, cause, or mercy and that He would take these victims under His wings and release them as He promised to do, i.e 'Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers them out of them all' and 'And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom.' These victims cry out, day after day, month after month for the Lord to intervene. Please pray that the hand of God would move so that these victims can be free to enjoy their lives.

We hear your cry for those who feel endlessly tormented, harassed, and in pain day after day, and we join with you in bringing these victims before the throne of grace. We know the Lord sees every affliction and hears every cry, and His heart is moved with compassion for those who suffer. We pray that He would draw each one who feels targeted and tortured under the shelter of His wings and be their refuge and strength.

The Lord says in Psalm 34:19, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. And again in 2 Timothy 4:18, The Lord will deliver me from every evil work and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. We cling to these promises together, knowing that while deliverance may not always come in the timing or way we expect, God has not abandoned those who belong to Him. He is near to the brokenhearted, and in Psalm 34:17 it says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. We pray that each victim would cast all their anxiety on Him, because He cares for them, as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches, and that they would find rest in Psalm 91:1-4, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge.

We must also gently address a part of this request that does not align with the heart of Scripture. You asked that the Lord would kill those who torture others. We understand the deep anguish and the longing for justice when evil seems unending, and the desire for the torment to stop is right and holy. Yet the Word of God calls us to leave vengeance in His hands and to pray differently for our enemies. In Romans 12:19 it says, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Jesus Himself commands us in Matthew 5:44, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We are not to ask God to kill people, but to bring His perfect justice, to stop evil, to bring repentance where possible, and to overcome evil with good as Romans 12:21 says, Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. God is the righteous Judge, and He will deal with every evil work in His perfect holiness and timing, and we can trust Him to do what is right. So we pray instead that God would restrain the hands of evildoers, expose every hidden work of darkness, bring justice through lawful means, and bring even the hardest hearts to repentance and salvation if they will turn to Him.

We also want to remind you that our struggle is ultimately spiritual. In Ephesians 6:12 we are taught that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. That is why God has given us His armor and His presence as our protection. In Psalm 46:1, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

We notice that this request speaks of the Lord but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and assurance of deliverance and eternal preservation. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly to Him in prayer. We encourage every victim to call upon the name of Jesus, to trust Him as Savior and Lord, for He alone is our deliverer.

So together we pray.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up every person who feels stalked, harassed, tormented, and in constant pain. You see what is done in secret, You hear every cry in the night, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that You would intervene with Your mighty hand. Be their shelter and fortress, cover them under Your wings, and let them rest in Your shadow. Grant them Your peace that surpasses understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and deliver them from every evil work according to Your will. We ask that You would stop the works of those who do evil, bring their deeds into the light, restrain their harm, and execute Your perfect justice. We pray that You would bring conviction and the opportunity for repentance to any who participate in cruelty, that they might turn from darkness to Your marvelous light. For those who will not repent, we leave judgment to You, trusting Your righteousness. Strengthen the victims, surround them with godly counsel, a faithful church family, and wise help, and let them know they are not forgotten or forsaken. Preserve them for Your heavenly Kingdom and let them live in the freedom and peace that You promise. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and deliverer, amen.

We encourage those who are suffering to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to stay connected to a Bible believing church where they can receive pastoral care and prayer in person, and to seek help from trusted authorities and counselors where needed for safety and support. Keep crying out to Jesus, for He hears, He cares, and He will in His perfect time deliver His own out of them all.

We hear how heavy this burden has felt, carrying a sense of being targeted and harassed day after day without rest, and longing simply for peace and freedom to live your life. Wanting that relief is completely understandable, and we are grateful you brought this ache to prayer.

We do not have answers for every hurt you have described, but we believe God sees each person who feels worn down and afraid, and He draws near as a refuge. When distress feels endless, it can help to not carry it alone. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor, or a steady, safe person in your community, we encourage you to let them walk with you regularly, to pray with you, and to help you find moments of rest and protection in daily life.

We are praying for you and for all who feel overwhelmed in this way, that God would bring His calm, His protection, and His wise direction for each next step.

Father, we lift to You everyone who feels tormented and exhausted and asks for deliverance. Cover them under Your wings, guard their minds and bodies, and give them deep rest and peace that comes from You. Bring justice in Your perfect way, soften hearts that do harm, and lead those who are suffering toward safety, wise support, and hope. Your cry has come before us and we have felt the weight of long and weary affliction in your words, day after day and month after month of distress that makes the heart faint. We do not take lightly such suffering, and we bring it before the Lord who sees and knows all that His people endure.

The Scripture reminds us that troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground as hemlock from the furrows of the field, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. Our afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of persecution or malice, and yet they may come with even greater certainty from the Lord and may be the necessary outcome of His special love to us. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a father's hand, and this is a gladsome fact which makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable.

We hear in your request the longing for deliverance, and the Word gives us sure ground for such hope. It is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers them out of them all, and again, The Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. Let it never be forgotten that in all that God does, He acts from good reasons, and He has not left His people without a way of deliverance. God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, so that it is a gift of Divine Love. Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is His own Son, who bore the penalty of our iniquities, and in Him there is undeserved deliverance from all punishment, deliverance from sin, from the power of darkness, and from the pit itself. Nobody would have thought of that way of the deliverance of a sinner from the pit of Hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it.

We understand the desire that those who do evil would be stopped and judged, for the heart cries out for justice when pain is without end or mercy. Yet the Lord teaches us that vengeance belongs to Him, and out of all troubles the surest deliverance is from God's right hand. Therefore from all troubles the readiest way to escape is to draw near to God in prayer. We are not taught to ask the Lord to destroy men at our bidding, but to ask Him to restrain evil, to bring justice according to His perfect righteousness, to bring the wicked to repentance if it be His will, and to deliver and preserve His afflicted ones under His wings. David when reviled said, It may be that the Lord will look upon my affliction, and his expectation was only from God. So we would have you look to the Lord alone for your deliverance and your preservation.

So we pray for you and for all who feel themselves so harassed and tormented.

O gracious Father, look upon the affliction of these suffering ones. You have seen their tears and heard their cries day and night. We ask that You would keep back their soul from the Pit and their life from perishing, that You would be their refuge and their shelter, and gather them under Your wings. Deliver them from going down to the Pit, for You have found a ransom in the blood of Your Son. Quicken them by Your Word, for Your Word has quickened many in past days and has been a Word of Life from the dead. Grant them peculiar comfort in affliction, that they may say with Your servant, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your Word has quickened me. Restrain the hand of those who do evil, bring their works to nothing, and if it please You, bring them to repentance and to the knowledge of Your truth. But above all, preserve Your people from every evil work and keep them for Your heavenly kingdom. Give them grace to endure with patience, to declare the works of the Lord, and to say, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because You are gracious and Your mercy endures forever, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our only salvation and our sure deliverance. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pour out your story before God, to stay near to His Word which alone can quicken and sustain the soul, and to seek the fellowship and counsel of faithful pastors and brethren near you who can walk with you, pray with you, and help bear this burden. The Lord who has promised deliverance will not forget His own.
