We understand that you're seeking a peaceful and productive day at work, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with 'in Jesus name.' It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name given among men whereby we can be saved. Let's turn to the Word of God for guidance and encouragement.
In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, the Apostle Paul writes, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." This verse reminds us that we should bring all our anxieties to God in prayer, and He will grant us His peace.
Regarding your coworkers, Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who take advantage of you and persecute you." We should always respond with love and kindness, even when others may not understand or accept our choices.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name this day lifting up our brother who has shared his concerns with us. We ask that You grant him a peaceful and productive day at work. Let the Holy Spirit be his guide. Take away all dread and anxiety, and fill him with the peace that surpasses all understanding. Soften the hearts of his coworkers, Lord, and help them to be more understanding and accepting. We pray that they will also come to know the love of Christ. Help him to be a shining light and testimony for you today at work.

We're here with you, praying for a day filled with peace and productivity at work. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share a different verse that's been on our hearts. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
