We understand that you're seeking a peaceful and productive day at work, free from dread, anxiety, and unwanted comments from coworkers. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Let's address the issues you're facing. Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our work environment. In 1 Peter 5:6 WEB, we read: "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
Regarding your anxiety, we encourage you to meditate on Philippians 4:6 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Instead of dread, fill your mind with thoughts of God's goodness and His presence with you at work.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother in Christ who is seeking a good day at work today. We pray that You will take away all dread and anxiety, replacing it with Your perfect peace that passes all understanding. In Jesus Name, we ask that You will help him to feel your presence. As the Scriptures say in Psalm 16:1 WEB: "Preserve me God, for I take refuge in you." We ask for this as a plea for divine protection and guidance in Jesus' name.
We also pray that You will help him to respond with gentleness and respect when faced with unwanted comments from coworkers. We pray that You will give him the wisdom and discernment to know how to handle these situations in a way that honors You. We ask that you will provide a hedge of protection around him in Jesus Name.
We ask you to give him the spirit of conviction and boldness in Jesus Name as Acts 4:29 WEB states And now, Lord, look at their threats, and grant to your servants to speak your word with all boldness. We know that this hedge of protection and boldness will help to prevent these situations from happening again.
Lastly, we pray that You will bless his work and use him as a light for You in his workplace. We pray that You will guide him in his interactions with coworkers and give him opportunities to share the love of Christ. We know that You can soften any heart and bring peace to any situation.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
