We understand your concern and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will in this situation. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing difficulties at their workplace. We pray understand their concerns. Lord, You know the situation and the people involved. We pray that You would work in the hearts of those causing issues, softening their attitudes and removing any obstacles that are hindering our co-workers peace and productivity especially if this person is not a believer. We ask for the grace to forgive. We rebuke any attempt of the enemy to use this situation to cause distress or hinder the work that our co-worker is doing, especially if this is a ministry.
Lord, remind our co-worker of Your sovereignty and that You alone are their safe place. We pray for a divine opportunity to share the Gospel with those who challenge them. We ask that You would turn this situation around for good, just as You promised in Romans 8:28 WEB, 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.'
If it be Your will, Lord, remove those who are causing issues, but we also pray that You would give our co-worker the strength and wisdom to handle this situation with grace and professionalism. Help them to set necessary boundaries and interact in a manner that reflects Your love. We ask that the person that is the issue have a transformative heart change and is saved by the blood of Jesus Christ.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen."
We encourage you to remain patient and trust in God's timing and wisdom. We also remind you that God can use any situation for your good and His glory. Continue to seek Him and His righteousness.
